Works well and holds a charge. Downside, it must be installed in the front half or your golf cart. Is unbalanced and dangerous. Also, you have to drill a new hole for the charger, and they don’t provide anything to secure with. Generally, speaking works well, but too really dumb, simple mistakes, and crummy direction

i purchased this unit through AMAZON.COM. it arrived in good physical shape, boxed well. The charge voltage was a little low so I connected the charging unit and it stopped charging at 100 percent by their voltmeter, good so far. i measured the voltage at the terminals and it read somewhere around 39 volts. I put a normal Golf Cart motor load, the same as the Lead Acid batteries and this battery went DEAD at the terminals even though its (BLuetooth) connected meter reads 100% voltage. The supplied charger cycles on and off repeatedly now. I suspect an open internal connection. So far I am not able to get information on their 5 year warranty claim. They do not make reactivation of this situation easy...
