So far so good! Install was relatively simple! I use the app to monitor battery life, I didn't even hook up the battery gauge that came with it. The blue tooth app connects quickly and works well. You can turn off the discharge so you ensure nothing draws on the battery over time. I prefer this because i'm lazy and didn't wire my 12v converter to my key switch. The weight savings make my cart a beast off the line, and going up hills!

Product works as expected. Shipped very quickly. All parts received simultaneously. Installed into 48V ClubCar Prescedent. Slight modification to battery tray needed. OBC needs bypassed, search YouTube. You will need some technical prowess to do this type of work. A 48V to 12V converter will be necessary to provide power for your 12V accs. such as lights. Also purchased a RV 110V pigtail to replace the previous charge receptacle. Charger was installed next to battery, bolted to the floor. Bluetooth app has some things to be desired. It takes some playing with to understand turning on and off the charger or battery. Wish USB cable for display was 3 feet longer. All in all, great product.

Would buy again. I needed to replace the 6 lead acid batteries in my golf cart and wanted to do a Lithium conversion at the same time. This battery made it super easy and was pretty much plug and play ready. The battery feels like a good quality and should last for long than the lead acids it replaced. I can also tell if gave me a small increase in the speed of the cart and the fit was ideal as it also provided me with some extra space under the seat since it's 1/3 the size of 6 lead acid batteries. The battery charges quick. Honestly I have no complaints.

Case appears built well. Handles make moving it easy....it is heavy. Replaced 8 lead acid batteries in Club Car DS extended cart. So, saved almost 500 lbs. Got almost 20 miles out of it and still had over 50% charge, pleased with that. App and bluetooth connection work well. Wish there was some other way to turn battery off and on besides the app. If the app or BMS in the battery fails, then battery will be worthless. Charger works well, charge speed is a couple hours from 60% to full I think, didn't time it. I wish charger/charger fan would cut off when fully charged. Weakest link in the system Chins provides with this battery is the monitor. It's unnecessarily complicated. Just watch the video on how to program it. Multiple steps, and nowhere does it explain all the functions or how to set them. You just fumble through it until you figure it out The wires attached to the monitor are very thin. Yes, they're low voltage, but easily broken as you splice them and run them through your cart. I almost threw the monitor out and just bought a separate SOC monitor that looks better than this Chins monitor. But, I made a bracket and mounted the Chins one for now. Used 2 ga battery cables as I run them almost 6'. Overkill, but less voltage loss. Bought a 48v to 12v converter for cart accessories/lights. Bought a battery hold down kit to mount battery. Cut a piece of extra starboard I had, bolted it in cart, put a thin piece of foam under battery for cushion, and mounted battery on board. Still cleaning up the wires. I'll run a plug for the charger through the fiberglass body at some point. Love the performance. Much more torque, but losing almost 500 lbs of weight is part of that. Had it a month, and happy with it so far. Hopefully the same in a couple years. Shipping box was busted open. We were lucky that the charger and monitor didn't fall out of the big hole in the box. Could be packed better.

Was put into a 2003 Club Car Golf Cart and the performance is excellent. Like having a new cart. No plugging in every night and it was installed within a few hours. A great buy.

Great battery. I upgraded all my 36 volt stuff to 48 except the batteries, till now. This thing runs like a scolded dog. Google maps said I was doing 26. It was still going up. I also paired this with a navitus controller and upgraded motor from plum quick. With some cutting it will fit in one spot where the old batteries were. You just gotta cut the tabs. It's night and day from the lead acid and the lithium. The weight reduction was about 312lbs I cut off of the cart.

Product was fairly easy to install, and was solid construction. Took about 2 hours to replace, and had to use a Club Car video to understand how to modify the OBS setup. I did use a dremel to cut plastic battery holders on floor of compartment. Bluetooth Monitor works well, and have yet to hook up the wired battery monitor. Picked up 3 mph after installing. Charging is quick and efficient. My last battery cost me $3k installed and this was under $800 for parts. Even if this does not last 5 years, it saved me big dollars and seems to work well.

Excellent performance. Used these to upgrade a 6 seat Star Sirius LSV. Range is about 35 miles now. Reprogrammed the Sirius controller to take advantage of the extra amperage output. Cart accelerates twice as fast and easily hits 32mph if necessary. Took me 30 minutes to remove the old lead batteries. Five minutes to install the new Chins battery, and about 15 minutes to mount the new charger in the cart. Battery fit perfectly in the Sirius battery tray. It weighs 87 lbs, but I was able to do it by myself. There is also now room for five bags of groceries where the old batteries once were. I did not install the Chins supplied battery SOC meter yet. I am using the cell phone App to check battery status. The cart lost 396lbs of weight because the 8 lead acid batteries weighed so much…stunning for overall performance gains. Additionally, the cost of 8 TROJAN T-105 replacement batteries is over $2,000, so the Chins LiFEPO4 upgrade was a no brainer at $750. If you want a 70 mile range, just drop in two Chins batteries. My Sirius cart battery tray makes this a perfect fit.
