  • 48v battery swap.
Plug and play swap for a Club car DS IQ system. OBC was bypassed. The battery dimensions are a bit big for the oem battery location. I had to fabricate a new stand to make it fit correctly. The app was straight forward and easy to use. The stunt and battery monitor are extremely easy to install since it involved USB. The only thing I'd like to see in the future is more information on how to configure the battery monitor, along with additional information on how to use the app. The kart is working great and no issues with the BMS disabling the battery even during demanding scenarios, such as going uphill, or riding for long hours. Company kept in touch during the entire shipment process and even after I received the product. Helped to alleviate any concerned I had with it's being a battery from over seas manufacturer, and receiving assistance if an issue were to arise. Product seems build strong and sturdy. ... show more

  • Customer Amazon turned out to be the issue not the setter
UPDATE: It was not the seller or the manufacture that was not responding. It was amazon who has some restrictions to how the seller can communicate. Once I Figured out where my messages were going the seller responded back and was very helpful and accommodating. This seller turned out to be one of the best customer service I have experienced in a long long time. I now have plans to purchase more of their batteries. I would definitely recommend this battery and setter. The battery for my 48 volt EZGO Golf Cart. Battery looked well built. Less than a month later the blue tooth signal stopped and I was unable to monitor the battery status. Contacted the seller and was instructed to download a different APP and also try a different device to see if that would fix the issue. None of their suggestions worked. I am able to see a friends batteries with the original APP but mine is not sending a blue tooth signal. Try to contact them again several times and have not received a response. It has now been over a month and still have not received any word from seller or manufacturer. I DO NOT recommend this battery. It's a lot of money for them to just ghost their customers. ... show more

  • Research the complete setup before replacing lead acid. But does what it says it does!
After a nice weekend with this battery installed in my lifted golf cart with 25" wheels, I am happy it works. I do believe my setup is not ideal for this battery but I have emailed the company for assistance. I'm not expecting any issues. I couldnt quite figure out how to configure the monitor but after reading some reviews, I will give it another shot. One thing i saw a lot, people unsure how to wire the shunt and monitor. Yes, you can replace the wires that are too short. I used signal wire used for your thermostat and furnace. 5 wire. already sheathed together for neatness. I will update after I get my questions answered by Ogrphy. ... show more

  • Lithium golf cart battery
The package was delivered on time and in good condition. This was a conversion from lead batteries so I had to configure a means to hold down the battery. Some flange or other means to attach the battery would be a nice feature to add but that’s my only comment. The battery holds a charge well. I don’t think the cart is faster but definitely is uphill. The lead batteries slowed quite a bit uphill. Maybe it’s the over 200 pound weight reduction! ... show more

  • Weak battery; poor monitor system
The battery quality and company communication to date is excellent. However, monitor/shunt installation (and included very short wires) are ill-conceived and instructions to set up the monitor are absolutely horrible. Someone that speaks and communicates good English should have written (or at least proofread) the instructions for setting the monitor up. The wires are ridiculously too short unless you want it under the seat where it cannot be in view as it should be. UPDATE: After using this battery for over a month, I'm less than impressed with how long it lasts. We went out of town for 3 weeks. When we left, the battery was 77% charged and NOTHING was left on (verified by the bluetooth, so there was no parasitic drain). When we returned, the battery was at 28%. I have noticed that the battery does not last nearly as long as most reviews claim. I have been monitoring it via bluetooth, and 2 or 3 cells always seem to have a lower charge than the rest (gray color on the bluetooth). Even after fully charging, these cells stay gray - not green or blue. NOT HAPPY!! UPDATE: So the Seller offered to replace my defective battery and the replacement is working better. I really do appreciate the customer service and desire of the seller to make this right. ... show more

  • Happy, happy, happy.
I am happy. I watched a couple of general videos of installations of lithium battery installations My Orgphy battery is in a 2007 Club Car golf cart. I had to use a grinder to remove some plastic in the cart to have room to install it. I screwed a piece of plywood down with a couple pieces of wood to keep it from sliding around. Bypassed the on board computer as described in some videos. The little gauge/meter they send you should be pitched in the trash. It is cheap and I wouldn’t trust it even if you could make it work. The instructions are non existent. However the App works very well using Bluetooth. The App shows the battery charged to 100% every day and after I play it usually shows about 82%. The cart is extremely fast. I was unaware the cart had regenerative braking using the old SLA batteries but the cart acts like it does have it with this battery installed. I certainly don’t care about trying to charge the lithium battery but it is nice to drive down the fairway at about 18mph, take your foot off the accelerator and have the cart stop on its own. Bottom, line is that I’m very happy with my Orgphy battery and would recommend it to you. ... show more
