The instructions were a bit on the small side (very small print), but the overall process was fine. The assembly is really not that bad. The table piece assembly was really easy, while the burner piece was a bit more complicated. Once together, it all looks really great - I love the pull-out drawer for the tank.

This is a very sturdy and beautiful fire table. I like the large double burner and that it comes with a glass wind screen. I took off 1 star for the dented leg. Not really going to see it when setup, but I wish it was better packed. Wasn't worth repackaging it and returning for that reason. I had a bit of trouble with the igniter, fiddled with it, and will see if that fixes it permanently. You will definitely want to get another 10lb bag of glass beads to fill it up. My wife thinks its the nicest fire table she's ever seen. I guess that says it all! Happy wife, happy life...

Pros: easy to assemble. Looks relatively nice for what it is. Cons: the drawer slides the propane tank rests on broke the third time rolling the tank out to open the valve. This is compounded by the fact that there is only a single caster wheel for the tank drawer to roll on and be supported by besides the drawer slides. By far the worst thing however is the regulator hose that comes with this is cheap plastic, too short and easily melts with the heat from the burner which leads to gas leaking directly from the hose under the burner unrestricted by the control panel. Do not use the included regulator hose and be extremely mindful of how it positions when the tank drawer is full pushed in unless you like sudden flames shooting from within the fireplace enclosure. Once I replaced these and added more of the fire glass rocks it’s adequate.

Rails that hold the propane tank were defective. Attempted to contact seller however to date no response Update. 7 Feb 24 - Seller has made contact and appears they you looking to make things good. More to follow. Update: 10 Feb 24 - Seller’s customer service is top notch and stood behind their product to make sure I was satisfied. I will use them again.

Ok like I said table is beautiful we love it well made nice heat but we were missing parts and I said I hadn’t heard back from seller I would like to correct that I did receive a message actually very quickly but I didn’t see it they are to be sending the missing parts asap so once I receive them I will update again as to their customer service

The media could not be loaded. Delivery was fast, but no bolts, screws, knobs, exc were included in the 2 boxes that were delivered. Frustrating!!!! Reached out to seller, responce was quick, but still had to wait on parts and then more parts. Again frustrating! Packaged well, minus key pieces. A few dents in the frame (barely noticeable) Overall a beautiful propane fire pit. Highly reccomend ordering an additional 10lbs of glass rock/stone Ignitor button doesn't seem to work. Overall experience Seller- not so great (very vague automated responces & seemed annoyed) Fire pit- nice, except for minor dents.
