We love to cruise and travel, but due to health issues, my husband was finding it exhausting trying to keep up with us. He wasn’t able to fully enjoy our trips so we decided to invest in a scooter. This one checked all the boxes for our needs: - Battery has to be under 300WH to go on a plane - Has to be light enough for me to lift in and out of car - Had to fit through standard door of cruise room - Had to support up to 275lb person As I researched options, I realized this was a hard combination to find. Most of the scooters have batteries that are too large for air travel. And although the battery and seat come off for putting in a car, the base of most scooters was still too much for me to lift alone. This scooter meets the above requirements for us and is easy to operate. It is also super quiet. While the seat is no frills (seat does not swivel, is not heavily padded, and armrests are not adjustable), it is comfortable and functional. The scooter was very easy to put together and communication with the seller has been great. Very happy with our purchase.

This is a great scooter with a light weight design. This entire unit with the battery is about the same weight as just one part of my old heavy scooter after it is disassembled to put into the car. Very pleased with look, performance, ability and ease of transport. It folds up nice and small and easily fits into a closet for storage so you are not tripping over it all the time.

Received the scooter and had no problem putting it together. It seems to work just fine, but it does not fold as advertised. The fold knob is much lower on the scooter I received than it is in the pictures shown. The knob needs to be about 5 inches above the red body cover in order to fold over the seat. You can look at the photos and see where the control panel attaches to the scooter about 5 inches above the red plastic. But on my scooter, the fold knob for the controller is even with the red cover and you cannot fold it down over the seat. I am so disappointed and upset because I need the scooter for a trip we have planned next week and now it will not fold as advertised. No time to return it so I guess I will live with it, but BEWARE, IT DOES NOT FOLD FLAT AS ADVERTISED!!

I rarely write reviews. However in this case, I find it necessary. I have been fighting with Medicare for over a year to get a mobility scooter. Several doctors have written the prescription and contacted Medicare. Nothing has been done yet. I’ve fallen multiple times broken various bones in the process. After much pain and suffering. I decided to just buy it without Medicare getting involved. I chose this scooter for the weight factor and ability to carry a second battery. This was the best decision I’ve ever made! It’s exactly as described. I can easily pick it up, place it in, and out of the trunk of my Kia Forte. It folds up to less than thirteen inches in height, and thirty five inches in length. It even arrived four days prior to the expected date. The seller contacted me, before I even received the product. Offering any information and help I required. If you are looking for a scooter. You can’t beat this one! Several times we went to Disney with children and grandchildren. We rented scooters for my wife and myself. We paid just short of what I paid for this one. We only rented them for a week. The price was close to the price of this scooter. Granted we rented two scooters for those weeks. But the point is this scooter out performs the ones we rented. The ones we rented I found listed in multiple places. They sell for $1600 . You could buy two of these for the price of one of them. This one is much better performance wise. Weighing half the weight. I’m more than pleased with this purchase. My only negative is my mistake. Purchased the black one, my sight just isn’t what it was before. A brighter color would make all the difference in the world for the ability to see when putting it together. It does come mostly assembled. But there are a few things that must be done. I highly recommend the purchase of this product, and this seller.

This does not fold flat as shown in the picture. If there is a way, other than unassemblying the seat, I cannot find a way. I bought this for trips and I’m not sure that it will fit in the compartment on the bus and I’m not sure it can be taken on a plane. If it doesn’t work with the bus, I will have to return it and buy one that will fold. Very disappointing.
