This is a really easy to install, great looking fan that we put under a gazebo outside. The only reason I knocked off a star is the light is way too bright! If there was a dimmer on this light, it would be perfect!

You have to be patient when putting this fan together. It helps to have 4 hands during some of the assembly. This fan is perfect and does exactly what we needed. We love the light and the remote and this fan is super quiet. We have it installed in our pergola.

Put fan together, hung it and it ran super slow one direction and then stopped and started running the opposite direction and no matter what speed I clicked, it didn’t go any other speed. Of course there was just an email to contact them on and I emailed, sent videos and photos. They emailed back a day later wanting other pictures, as well as for me to check the connections which meant taking the fan down and apart to check the only 2 connections and I again I complied. They emailed a day later saying that it must be the receiver and wanted my shipping address. I emailed back asking what the receiver was. No response. That was 4 days ago. I emailed again this morning asking for an update and wanting to know exactly what “receiver” they were talking about. I guess I will have to wait and see what if anything comes of this. The fan is sitting on my table under my gazebo waiting for an answer. Ugh ... show more
