I was afraid it might be cheap looking and not work well but it is beautiful and the fan works perfectly and is whisper quiet! I love the look of the light kit - beautiful crystals. My only - not complaint - but something I would change is the lowest setting on the fan is pretty high. I never set it above 1 and it has 6 settings. Wish it was a slower fan on the lower speed. This fandalier is awesome. Looks so pretty. Electrician intsalled it in my living room, which has cathederal ceilings. The fan is quiet and blows cold air. The lighing is dimmable and has 3 light settings. The remote works well. Was packaged very well.

Gorgeous! The range of lighting is beyond expectations. The remote runs through led natural color options and dimming. The fan is blow your hair back, shut your husbands mouth good! Do it!! The crystal balls seem the be hand drilled and the “hooks” are flimsy but they do the job and you have extra. The install was smoother than a few other non-American engineered light fixtures we have tried. Do it! You will not regret this! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I have upgraded 4 fans in our house, this is the 5th and final. *it was the easiest install* Our sliding doors are on the West Side of the house and it’s nearly impossible to eat at the table without a fan running. BUT I also wanted a beautiful chandelier. *I got both* No where in the description does it say it can be mounted on a slanted ceiling but IT CAN. BEFORE INSTALLING THE LAMP SHADE The vertical baguette shaped plastic “crystals” are pre installed to a round “lamp shade” that must be wiped down inside and out prior to install and keep your oily fingers off during the instal 😆😆 trust me. We used the shortest down rod. Picture 3 shows, you can see the the wiring inside. I didn’t have white wire insulators for the connections. If you can find those, I highly recommend changing them out for the orange ones provided. Picture #4 shows the light reflection it throws at night on certain settings. (This is the worst) *The light/bright/color adjustability on this fandelier is fantastic! Better than any other lighting in my home. I wish I had found this sooner I would have bought 2 to match with my living room. When it comes time to hang the crystal globes on the bottom. *WEAR GLOVES* the kind with the textured nitrile coating worked the best to keep a good grip on the heavy crystals. I used a needle nose pair of pliers to bend the end of the wire into a shepherds hook shape to hang them onto the lamp shade. PS there was a scan code on the back of the instruction booklet that takes you directly to a YouTube video which I recommend over the booklet. ... show more

We bought this unit and loved everything of the light from its designed. The beauty of crystal when it lighted up, the light brightness with dimmable function, very quiet fan with multiple speeds when it runs. However, the light stopped working after 20 days and the fan is still running perfectly. If it works and functionals properly. We will not hesitate to replace all ceiling fan in every room of the house. We receied the replacement and the same faulty occurred. After 2 weeks the light stopped working and only the fan is still functional. It is sad to see a beautiful ceiling crystal fan light with bad functionality.
