The media could not be loaded. So the fan is great and has lots of features. The install was not bad, but the assembly took about an hour. The fan does not come with AAA batteries for the remote or light bulbs, but this was noted on the description so I was aware. It does seem to hang down more than the fan I replaced but I didn't measure before discarding the old one so I don't know for sure. Over all not a bad value. And has some nice features. Not sure I will use the app it seems sketchy not coming from app store.

The media could not be loaded. This is the 7th ceiling fan I've installed in my home. I actually did one earlier in the day that took me 30 minutes to install. This one on the other hand... phew. It took me about 4 1/2 hours to install. Surprisingly no blood... lots of sweat... and almost a few tears. 5 of the ceiling fans I installed were very easy. 1 of the ceiling fans I installed was about as hard as this one was. First off. It doesn't come assembled so I had to assemble it. When I went to assemble the fan blades, a couple of the screws didn't fit right so I was worried it would be wobbly. The directions are okay. They could be better but I've definitely seen worse. After assembling the top piece, you have to install the mounting bracket. Then you put part of the fan up on the bracket. Then you separately you connect the receiver to the black/white wires then there are 3 wires you connect from the receiver to the ceiling fan. By then, I finally got to the grounding wire... and then it oddly ripped apart from the fan so I had to install another grounding wire. Then I had to screw in the top plate and realized I left it off by accident so I had to disconnect the receiver and reconnect the grounding wire and the other three wires. (luckily I didn't have to reconnect the black/white wires as this is separate.) Then you have to connect the middle part of the fan with two wires to the other two wires and screw in 3 screws to connect the bottom piece. Finally, I go to turn the breaker back on and only the lights work but the fan won't work? So I remembered when I put the batteries into the remote, I thought it was odd that the batteries say to install them backwards? So I take out the batteries and install them normally and voila! The fan works! And hallelujah, it doesn't wobble or shake! I was so grateful because after all that work... if it didn't work... I was definitely gonna shed a few tears. BUT I'm happy to say not only does it work surprisingly well... but it's also SOOOO quiet! Even on high! It's by far the quietest fan in my house, out of all 7 fans I've installed. It's also really pretty and elevates my back patio :) I really do love this fan but if I would have known how hard it would be to install it... I would second guess ordering this fan. BUT now that it's installed... I'm really, really happy with it and I can't wait to spend more time on my patio now that it's summer with this powerfully quiet beauty :) So I'd say if you're not familiar with installing fans or you don't want to hire an electrician to install this for you... you may want to look elsewhere. BUT if you have the patience of a saint or if you know your way around electrical work or you wanna hire an electrician... this baby is worth every penny!

The apartments my daughter moved into with her friends have a broken ceiling fan which they are taking their sweet time to fix. You would think a place called MAA Old Town Scottsdale would be nicer and have better service for $2400 a month, but I guess not. She waited for weeks and no ceiling fan so as a cranky old dad I took it upon my self to do the job she pays them really well to do. Install was easy like most ceiling fans and it had all the needed materials. You may need a long drop rod if you have high ceilings though like most ceiling fans. It puts out good light with the LED bulbs I bought (not included) and now my daughter can finally cool down a bit since the AC unit or ducting is pretty poor/not efficient at all. Anyway, the fan is great for the price and looks pretty fancy in my opinion. So don't trust ridiculous corporations they are all stealing from us and full of excuses just learn to get stuff done yourself because even the high rent districts have garbage customer service and the problems they create you are going to have to solve and I mean ALL of them. It is all about nickels for the investors these days and the customer can go to heck for all they care.

This Breezeway 42inch fan is fairly affordable and has a unique design. The vibes it gives is modern industrial. The finishes are quality and there are no visible design flaws. Unfortunately, we have very old electric and our entire unit is on one breaker so we are waiting for an electrician to install. Seems necessary, also because of the poor quality instructions. We are pretty handy, but I don't mess with electricity. I like that there is a remote and an app option. We often misplace remotes (like everyone else) and with kids hiding places can be clever. Based on the design, quality and accessories I give this a 4/5

Ok this fan is great! You literally almost cant even hear the thing even on the higher settings!! It does however have a ridiculous amount of assembling. So alot for alot more time than most other fans. However, after assembly it looks fantastic!!! The remote works great, responsive with a good range. The light and fan itself work really well. Its been installed in a mid to large sized bedroom and its seems so far to put off adequite air flow. And again, it looks so sharp. I love it. For the price point im definately satisfied with this one!
