The product is well wrapped. I was afraid there would be broken pieces when I opened the box; this was not the case. The person who installed the fixture took his time to make sure it was secure. If one has only sheetrock, think about reinforcing the light before installation as it is a bit heavy. The installer also had to pull the installation up on YouTube to see how it was done. It required about 3-4 hours. Maybe it was just his taking his time BUT I know it is securely in place since he did. The fixture does not wiggle when the fan is on nor should it. I did notice my guy using a very long screw driver to tighten the screws in the upper middle section where the lights are located. On YouTube, the guy used an average sized screw driver---go figure. The lighting is pretty bright but a light dimmer may take care of that, I am not sure. I was afraid it would look too hotel-like but that was not the case. I had friends over for dinner that same evening, all they could say was "absolutely stunning". The fan is strong and creates a good, cool breeze. The remote is simple enough to understand and work. The remote is white in color, I found that odd as I was expecting it to be black--no big deal. Whoever does your installation, should use the gloves that are provided to reduce the smear marks from the oil of the hands but my guy didn't use gloves that came in the box and now I have smear marks, I will clean the fixture. I think he was afraid of dropping something if he used the gloves. Now that I think about it, I would rather clean it myself than have something slip from his hands with the gloves any way. The balls were easy to put on the fixture. It may be a good idea to have someone string the balls and hand them to the installer as that is what I did. It will work faster for you. There were two balls left over that I put away in case one breaks. the ties that hold the balls are sturdy and I have some left over. I would recommend this product to any person who wishes a certain elegance in their home. Let the installer take his time (check YouTube), make sure your ceiling can handle the weight, and if your installer would rather not use the gloves for a better grip, so be it. Adan

This fan is beautiful, well made & very quiet. I had to wait almost a year to get it installed and there was an issue with the receiver. But after a few replacement parts the fan is absolutely a sound purchase. RuiWing Customer service worked with me like I had just bought the fan yesterday, and they never charged me for the replacement parts or shipping. They stayed in close contact & even my installer was amazed. The installer said the fan was so well made & that he wanted one himself. He also said it wasn't a hard install for him but for safety's sake with the crystals, he brought in a second person to help him put the glass cover in place. Yes, it's bright, so we use the warm setting. In a very large setting the brightness would be just right but I have a medium sized living room, so it's a lot of light... but I love it. No wobbles & no noise & so beautiful. Thank you so much, RuiWing, for all your support & your help! You performed above & beyond your call for support, & thank you so much for your patience. I love my fan.

I just can't say enough about how beautiful this fandelier is; at night, with all other lighting turned off, the crystals make a subtle pattern on the walls that is amazing. I was afraid that the width of the light would limit the effectiveness of the fan, but it actually works great; plenty of breeze. We did have an issue with the fan wobbling on high, but RuiWing was quick to send a replacement motor. It is true that the instructions are hard to follow, but found a YouTube video of the install the made it very easy. If I buy another one for another room in the house, I'll do my own video with additional detail. I will add that I have separate switches for light and motor, so I connected the blue output from the control module to the hot wire from the light switch on the wall and connected the common as instructed (I only had one common from both switches but would have combined them otherwise since they are on the same circuit). The remote does not control the light now, but the light switch does which is what I wanted. Great product. My wife likes it so much that it looks like I'll have to order another for another room in the house!

My husband (an electrician) thought it was “easy” to install and looked surprised when I explained the reviews. But to be fair he is a professional. The fandelier was purchased to replace an old fan that put out warm light on a low setting. Reading was impossible by it’s low light and checking outfits in the mirror was challenging. So this light’s brightness is a welcome change. I like cool and my husband likes to change settings based on time of day. It works for us. However, I didn’t check behind him before we purchased. To be fair, the light is exactly as advertised - acryllic and non-dimmable. If I had known that, I would have chosen a different brand. But that’s not the light’s fault so only taking one star for it not having a basic feature that most bedroom and living room users want in a fan/light. Our remote works fine but I do NOT like that the remote is the only way to use the fandelier settings. It’s a weird battery that I worry will one day not be found in stores. Then our terrific fandelier will be an on/off cheap chandelier. I would prefer the settings to seamlessly transition rather than requiring stark change with button pushes. But again, it’s as advertised and I didn’t read all this until after install. Not the light’s fault I didn’t do my homework. Kudos to everyone reading this BEFORE your purchase. All in all, it is reasonably priced for a nice looking fan. It would be overpriced for an acryllic chandelier, but it’s also a fan. Well packaged on arrival with all pieces. Very nice looking and sturdy. Assembly required but same with my Omni Zgallerie chandelier. Crystals, even acryllic, are breakable and can’t packaged well enough without some assembly required by buyer. I appreciated all the styrofoam. And the best part, the fan is quiet as in near silent. Low 36 decibels = quiet whisper. Super quiet. Medium 40 decibels = quiet park. High 58 = quiet library. That’s a frigid setting reserved for people without a/c during summer.

This is a very lovely purchase, settings are great, it’s a little noisy on high level, the remote control is great and easily mountable if needed! It’s a shame that this particular fan is no longer an option. I purchased it in 2021 and the crystals were attached to the frame opposed to them now you have to hang them individually. This fan does not have reflections on the wall for on the crystals. This was a great purchase for the money .

I bought this for my 15 year old daughter and she claims it’s her favorite gift ever. It really brought flair to her room and puts out an amazing amount of wind from the fan. The three light choices are awesome as well. I expected the hanging crystal balls to be visibly wobbling but this thing oscillates very smoothly. Installation was tricky because the instructions are terrible. I was only able to do it because I have installed numerous remote control fans in my home over the years. This could definitely require a handyman if someone is inexperienced. Handling the crystal definitely required using the white gloves in order to keep oils off the glass. While it may be difficult to install, it’s a quality fan/light and well worth it in every way.

I bought this lamp, and ever since, the lights have been intermittent. Sometimes they turn on, sometimes they don't, and several times they stay completely off. It's not an installation problem, but an internal fault in the LED system. For the price, I expected something durable, but the quality is disappointing. I wouldn't buy it again, and I wouldn't recommend it.

This is our second fandelier added to our home this year. They are attractive and fun and you have many options to set the mood with the lighting remote. It is very quiet and we were able to get rid of the noisy floor fan we had. This one was a little more difficult to install than our other one but all and all a simple hour or two to install.
