This WPSOERT dehumidifier is a quiet assassin of moisture. In sleep mode, it's so discreet, I'm pretty sure it's whispering compliments to my furniture while silently draining the humidity. The 7 LED colors are a nice touch, because apparently, even moisture removal needs ambiance. It has an auto shut-off, so no unexpected indoor floods. My only beef? The humidity reading can be a touch "optimistic" compared to my other hygrometers, but hey, it's working hard and doing it with a light show! My house feels less like a tropical rainforest and more like, well, a house. ... show more

I bought this dehumidifier during the "Lightning Deal" sale, it was about $169. and change. I've been needing a dehumidifier since the one I bought before wasn't helping. This one is great so far. My home doesn't have much of the moldy smell anymore and isn't humid. The dehumidifier has a small tank I expected it to fill quickly but I didn't need to empty it until today. It was filled to the top and spilled when I took the tank out. I'll be more careful next time. The light was red and it did beep when full but if I wasn't in the same room, I wouldn't have heard it, or seen the light. The dehumidifier isn't too loud. It doesn't distract me from sleeping at all. It's on wheels and that's nice if you keep it on the floor. Mine is on a counter. The buttons are on the top of the dehumidifier and are easy to read. So far I'm happy with this item and recommend it! But, I am not happy with the warranty that I bought. I never received the email with the details but Amazon said if anything goes wrong to call them. I would not recommend purchasing the warranty. *Edit* Now that I've had the dehumidifier for a while I thought I'd update the review. The machine is still working. Since the tank doesn't hold much water I have attached a hose and I let it drain in the tub/shower. It's not convenient having to empty the tank every night. We've had a lot of rain and the dehumidifier is working hard to keep up with the humidity. It does give off some heat but nothing worth complaining about. I'm still happy with my purchase but a bigger tank would have been great. One other thing I'll point out is the add claims it works up to a 4000sq space, it doesn't. I have it n the Master bathroom. It's good for the bath/bedroom but not for anything beyond that. ... show more

Got this to replace very old 1 in basement got it on sale hooked up used tank for first few days to insure working then switched to continuous hose drain and had problem with tank still filling up and shutting off wrote to company about problem but figured it out by myself but company got back to me quickly with the proper solution just 5 stars for customer service ... show more

The power cord is a couple feet short compared to my old LG dehumidier, making it hard to find a good place near an outlet in my basement. Also, this unit vibrates quite a bit while in use. I finally placed it on a shelving unit near the outlet with bricks around it to keep it stable and avoid it falling off onto the floor. Other than that, I am happy with the function and control panel options. It does a great job, quickly, to bring the humidity down. The bucket is very, very small but there is an option to hook up the included hose and empty water to an alternate location. I don't have a sump pump or sink near the outlet so I need to check it daily to avoid any overflow. Otherwise, good unit. ... show more
