This is the update. Original review is below. After putting maybe 25 miles (all inside) on the scooter, it developed a squeak when turning. It took awhile to get ahold of the company (and I was really upset about that when I wrote the original review), but once I did they were really responsive! Lynn and her team sent me a video on how to easily disassemble and reassemble the steering. I did that, added a bit of grease, and it's back to working perfectly. The scooter itself is a nice little machine, but Lynn and her people's service has been exemplary. It's nice to know that I've found a company that actually provides useful service, not just lip service, for their product. (Original 3 star review) This is a good little scooter. Delivery was fast, assembly was easy. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone over 5' 8" because of the small foot placement area. The electronics work well, the voice used for the backup alert and so on is loud enough and easily understandable. The speed is very adequate and so is the climbing ability. My father-in-law uses it in his assisted living facility and has no trouble navigating around inside or outside of the building. He's 235 pounds, 6 feet tall. The scooter is a little small for him but hauls him effortlessly. The seat turns and the scooter is easy for him to get on and off of, although with his height it's a little cramped. Lights and so on work well. BUT... It's now 7 months later and the steering has developed a loud squeak when turning either way. I've isolated the squeak to the bottom of the steering mechanism. I tried to contact the seller/manufacturer and haven't been able to reach them either directly or through Amazon. I may have to pull the entire steering mechanism apart to find out what's going on. I don't look forward to doing that at all, especially if the company knows what the problem is and how to fix it. So... if you buy one of these, do not expect support for it if a problem develops.

When my grandson first saw it, he said, it looks like if Apple made a scooter, this is what it would look like. Pros, my wife is very happy with it. Very stylish and modern. Good speed. Good range. The tires are a little larger than the ones most small scooters have, which enables it to do better when crossing gravel driveways and on grass paths. Unlike many scooters it won't go at all unless you are seated, it does however have a Walk mode. For this, you have to help push or pull it a little, to get it to move forward or backwards. Cons, it doesn't turn very sharply which makes you back up and turn again and again when you use it inside the home or in a small restaurant setting. The control mechanism is similar to many other scooters allowing you to use either hand to operate a little lever BUT it does not go backward without turning the dial to Reverse, which adds an extra step when you are trying to make those tight turns, and you need to go back and forth in order to maneuver.

Sorry to say this is a disappointment. If you're are tall with long legs, this item is a wash. I'm 5,9 and my inseam is 35" and there is absolutely no way to fit in this scooter and be able to go. My legs were crunched up very uncomfortably. And the item does not adjust in any way to accommodate. Additionally, its very heavy and is not an easy transport if traveling. This will not be an on-board carry-on and would need to be checked in, which defeats the purpose. I can't comment on its operation, because I couldn't fit to try it out. It says up to 300 lbs and I doubt that anyone 200 lbs can fit the area to sit in. I'm 234 and it was not a comfortable fit the seat and arm rest does not accommodate hippy people. If I were to guess, weight to fit this scooter should not exceed 190 lbs. Legs inseam 30" max.. and 32" max. Height max 5'7".. this my opinion and a safe scale for those considering to purchase. For me its a fail and I will be returning it.

I had my doubts at first. How could this inexpensive scooter be worth it. Well, it has exceeded my expectations. The Battery life is exceptional! I reached out to the company's customer service representative with a question to find that they are all about our satisfaction. In this day and age, that's impressive. Bottom line, this scooter is a value at it's price, but the support you get makes it an even greater value. Quick shout out to Coralia in customer service. Thank you for giving us the peace of mind that your company cares about it customers. When it's time to upgrade, we'll be looking at another one of your company's products... although that may be a while!

I really like this scooter a lot. It's made very well and has an amazing mile range. I did have an issue with the horn button because it was missing but I contacted them and they shipped me out a button very quickly. Highly recommend this scooter. It's given me the ability to go out to amusement parks with my Wife.

Comfortable, easy to navigate, good battery life. Rode it around the county fair for 5 hours with no trouble. The only issue we had was, we can't remove the seat now that it is install (too tight). Seat is comfortable. Controls were easy to operate. Has a reverse alarm, which is nice in a crowded area. Plenty fast enough. Fits in the back of our Dodge Caravan without disassembly. I wish it came in blue.
