Very easy setup and powerful. I’m larger at 330lbs and this scooter carts me around with no problem. Love the paddle controls and takeoff ramp up. Variable speed lets you slow to navigate tight corners or go full out on straight aways. Service was excellent- had ankle surgery and fell onto the seat a couple times and bent the frame. Seller promptly sent a replacement chair and I’m back to zipping around my house. Great product, great service, highly recommend.

So easy to get the seat and as in. Charged it up in a few hours since the cart has some charge in it. Performs nicely! I have. A large more rugged scooter that is too big to take in my SUV. This one fits the bill perfectly! I highly recommend!!

Unfortunately I have to return this scooter as my wife does not fit on it. I knew there were weight capacities but I didn't realize length and seat width matters. My wife is a larger person and sadly had trouble getting her legs around the tiller and it's too close to her knees. But I could right the scooter at 6ft tall and we live that it handles 2 batteries at once and how smoothly it glides. It's a well made product, we love it and hate the fact that we have to return it. I would say if you're a larger person - not necessarily tall, but close to the weight limit - you may have trouble fitting. But barring thst we would 100% recommend this scooter. The seller was communicative, offered troubleshooting ideas and when I sent pictures showing the issue, accepted the return. Could not have asked to deal with a better person.

One of my favorite features is the built-in phone charging port! I always forget my power bank when I go out, but now I can charge my phone while cruising around. It’s such a thoughtful and practical addition. Love it!

It's much lighter than my previous scooter. However, making a u-turn involves a 5 point turn unless you are outdoors. It is hard to turn in hallways and narrow areas. Overall, pleased with the purchase.
