I was very skeptical about buying a scooter. I thought everything that could go wrong would be wrong! Happily I had enough incentives to give it a try. I was not disappointed! As soon as I clicked order, I got cold feet. A review said it wasn't Airline approved. I sent a text to cancel! Then I got an email assuring me to cancel and I get my money back. Then a text telling me the scooter is Airlines approved with a new battery they would send. Cool! Send it! Today it arrived on time. Very, very easy to setup. They included tools. Everything is well put together. Everything just works. The only glitch was a anti roll over wheel on the back wouldn't click into place. Looks like it just needs filing to fit. No big deal! The deal breaker though is that the display is so dim its unreadable in daylight. It's just fine as is for me though. Final thought is I was afraid it would be too slow. On a decent charge this is very peppy. I'm a service connected vet, I rate a free scooter, ramp, and car hitch. Fine, I'm not losing any sleep with this purchase. I'm very happy! Peppy, quick and nimble. Fits in my CT4 trunk even with dual 10" subs inside.

Amazing customer service. Almost immediate response to questions (via email). Mostly assembled, easy to finish. Everything is exactly as described. I just got it, so I can't speak to battery life or anything. Seems very sturdy.

I just received the scooter. I love it, my husband will be able to put it in the car, because it's so lightweight yet very strong. I have a slight problem. I hope someone can help . I would like to buy an extra battery.

Unfortunately I have to return this scooter as my wife does not fit on it. I knew there were weight capacities but I didn't realize length and seat width matters. My wife is a larger person and sadly had trouble getting her legs around the tiller and it's too close to her knees. But I could right the scooter at 6ft tall and we live that it handles 2 batteries at once and how smoothly it glides. It's a well made product, we love it and hate the fact that we have to return it. I would say if you're a larger person - not necessarily tall, but close to the weight limit - you may have trouble fitting. But barring thst we would 100% recommend this scooter. The seller was communicative, offered troubleshooting ideas and when I sent pictures showing the issue, accepted the return. Could not have asked to deal with a better person.

Very easy setup and powerful. I’m larger at 330lbs and this scooter carts me around with no problem. Love the paddle controls and takeoff ramp up. Variable speed lets you slow to navigate tight corners or go full out on straight aways. Service was excellent- had ankle surgery and fell onto the seat a couple times and bent the frame. Seller promptly sent a replacement chair and I’m back to zipping around my house. Great product, great service, highly recommend.

So easy to get the seat and as in. Charged it up in a few hours since the cart has some charge in it. Performs nicely! I have. A large more rugged scooter that is too big to take in my SUV. This one fits the bill perfectly! I highly recommend!!

It's much lighter than my previous scooter. However, making a u-turn involves a 5 point turn unless you are outdoors. It is hard to turn in hallways and narrow areas. Overall, pleased with the purchase.

I would definitely recommend this scooter. I purchased it for use when I was going to have to walk a lot like on a cruise ship, it is small and very maneuverable. So far I have only a couple of small items that needed attention and Anna at their customer service has been absolutely great to deal with. She had been quick to respond to any questions or concerns and supplied me with the few small items I needed fro repairs. I would definitely do business with them again
