We purchased this for our 2016 4 door Jeep Wrangler. Quick and easy assembly, the only issue that slowed us down was with the foam pads. The instructions list 15 foam pads of two different sizes for the bars. 10 for each upright, and 5 for the curved top pieces. We only received 5 pads. I ended up just trimming about 3 or 4 inches off of each pad, and was able to slide them over the 5 bars in one piece. The only (small) downside to that is access to the quick disconnects to separate the bars is a bit hindered, but in all honesty, I think the one piece looks better and you can still feel around and push the quick disconnects if you need to disassemble. What I think happened is the manufacturer updated the materials, and just didn’t update the instructions. Probably for the better, because I’ve seen some reviews on this product where people ripped the previous style foam while trying to install it, whereas this foam is two layers and sturdy. I do wish all the wheels were free castering, as opposed to just two. I think that would make moving it around a bit easier, but that’s just a minor gripe. Overall, we are happy with the purchase. Great way to store the doors, fits nicely in the corner, and looks way cleaner than just propping them up in the garage. With the doors, it’s roughly 38”x37”x51”.

Went together fairly easy. Hard put was the foam covers. Alot of pulling and tugging. I was single before, so I had it figured out. Lol just can’t figure out how to use the straps. Not sure if I need them or not.

This review was a hard one. Not sure if it was 3 or 4 stars. Instructions: mediocre at best. Assembly: Pretty straight forward if you have the right metric tool set and driver. 13m and 18m sockets or wrenches help. I was missing a key part for the locking separators. It seems they missed a push lock on one of my pieces. Fit and Finish: Looks great and is not very big for the job it needs to do. So having a 2013 Sierra JK the doors do not line up with the soft rubber on the bars. This can be fixed with a pool noodle. You can see in my pictures I added a yellow cloth for now. Wheeling it around in the garage is great. and it is very sturdy. Quality control seems to be lacking as I was missing a silver locking knob for one of the poles. Also, take note that if you use the wheel locks they sometimes can get wedged under the main poles. Took me a minute to figure out why it was not moving. This is a design flaw more than anything but something I have to be aware of in the future. It is a solid buy but check and make sure you have all the pieces and purchase a pool noodle for the main bars as to not scratch the bottom of the doors. Another thing to note. WHen you are trying to get the protective foam over the poles I had one that started to come apart as in the pictures. Again seems like a Quality Control issue.

would have been 5 star , but all of the wheels dont have rotating bases just two of them. my plan was to put the doors on this then roll it into my storage room however it only moves along its widest dimension so will not fit through a door even with no doors on it.

A door-saver. Love the wheels that make it mobile. The cushioning and straps to hold them in place are very convenient and keeps the doors secure. I love that it fits in the back of our Bronco, when we visit friends and take vacation we can take the doors off there.

Very well made cart. Fits my 2023 Jeep Gladiator. Only thing I would change would be to the instructions. They don’t specify which tools (socket/wrench) you’ll need and the assemble is very tedious. Also there were a couple items left over at the end that are not on the instructions so not sure what they are for. Overall pretty satisfied with this purchase. Well worth the buy!
