Broken handlebar pole! Worst customer support!
Don’t buy this product! The e-scooter was defective and I wasn’t able to unfold it. The pole was embedded between the plastic and metal. I tried my best to pry it without further damaging it but no success. The seller’s solution is to take a hammer to it to pry open. Amazon associate tells me that I can get a refund and have the seller come pick it up (the item is VERY heavy). Seller refuses to pick it up and suggest that I get a new part to replace the defective part. I addressed this to an Amazon associate and they guarantee me that I will get my refund and I can keep or destroy the e-scooter. A few days later I received an email from Amazon telling me that because I didn’t provide them information for the claim, then my refund is denied. I never received an email about a claim from Amazon or any information about a claim. Dealing Amazon associates and the seller VOLPAM Direct has been a nightmare. Both are blaming me for their misinformation and their inability to communicate with customers. Yeah this item is inexpensive but you get what you pay for. Amazon shipping on time, Volpam Q2 Electric Scooter come partially charged with some assembly required with vague instructions for screw placement. The multifunction button is kinda quirky. This has the suspension built into the tires as solid rubber with squish holes in the sidewalls. It does fold up nicely for loading and unloading and the weight is light enough to easily carry. Has plenty of power to go up and down mild hills in the road and shallow grass. My grandson seems to really like his first Electric Scooter and I being over 60 tested in the hallway of our home. I noticed that after riding for about 30 minutes the motor area was pretty warm (front tire hub) and might be an issue later for longevity. For the money spent it should be great around our neighborhood for my grand kids. I don't believe it would make a several mile trip continuously. The 3 modes (Eco, Drive, and Sport) work as they should with speeds matching and even has a walk mode. Recommended for kids, and adult's for quick scoots. ... show more

Bad charger
I’ve had it less than a month it was great until it just stopped charging. It’s how my son gets to school every morning and now it just doesn’t work. Extremely disappointing and Amazon makes it as complicated as possible to get assistance or trouble shoot.

Don’t waste your money!
Not worth the money , only worked 1 1/2 days taking my grandson to school then left him stranded. Not having much luck with many of the scooters then the sellers want you to pay postage (more than $100) to return them. Amazon did help with one return but still stuck with 3 defective items am I’m out almost $600! ... show more

Dont get as a gift
4 days after getting it it locked up and unable to unlock it. It was a gift for my greatgranson and I am very disappointed

Great Scoter with App lock
The app lock feature is awesome. You can lock it directly from your phone, so there’s no need for an extra lock. Adds extra security and makes it much harder to steal.

Cheap, not durable at all!
First one broke in less then 24 hours, would not turn on…returned replaced for a new one and within a month it stopped working and would not turn on. Do not waste your money!!!!
