I’m very impressed with this electric scooter! It’s lightweight, foldable, and easy to carry or store, making it perfect for daily commuting and short trips. The compact design fits easily in my car trunk without taking up much space. The battery life is outstanding. A single charge lasts much longer than I expected, so I don’t have to worry about charging it every day. It rides smoothly, accelerates well, and feels stable even on slightly uneven roads. Would not recommend! We purchased this scooter in October for my 12 y.o. Daughter to get back and forth to school and around the neighborhood. At first it worked fine. Then a few weeks ago it would quit mid trip and act like the battery was completely discharged. It is supposed to come with a one year warranty from the factory and we purchased the extended warranty from Assurion. I looked at the product page and it said warranty claims were handled through Amazon. I chatted with customer service and they informed me that the return window had closed so there was nothing I could do. Strike one. In the meantime, I searched for a Volpam corporate site. I found it but the site doesn’t list a phone number or email. There was a web form so I filled that out and never heard back. Strike two. I chatted with amazon again the next day, and this time they managed to find me a email address. I sent an email and again filled out the web form. Waited 24 hours. Nothing. Strikes three and four. While I was waiting I decided to contact assurion just to see if there was anything they could do. There wasn’t. Not until the one year factory warranty was up. (So keep trying or wait 8months until that warranty kicks in??) The next day I decided to try Amazon customer care again. They managed to find me a link which was supposedly on the volpam store page (but evidently not the mobile version, because I never did find the link on my own.) So I was able to message with Volpam customer care and after providing them the error code, which I learned how to find by watching a YouTube video, it was e7 which indicates a broken or detached throttle cable. I told them this and the solution they are offering is to send me a cable to replace myself. According to Reddit this is a common issue with these. I have spent more than the price of the scooter in terms of time at this point. Very frustrated. If Volpam does the right thing I’ll happily amend this review and tell you all about it. Not hopeful though. (I will say that Amazon has given me a $100 credit, but it is only for items sold and shipped by Amazon, so basically useless in terms of getting a new scooter.)

Really happy with this Q2 electric scooter (350 watt model). It’s a great fit for kids and rides smoothly — the suspension handles bumps well as long as you keep two hands on the handlebars. Battery life has been reliable, lasting through plenty of rides without any issues. I also love the compact folded size, which makes it super easy to store or bring along when traveling. On top of that, the scooter shipped out really fast, and customer service was quick to respond, friendly, and very helpful whenever I had questions. Overall it’s a lot of fun to ride, feels well made, and is definitely worth the price. Happy with the purchase!

I picked up this scooter for short daily commutes and shopping runs, and it outperformed my expectations. Cool graffiti print on the deck looks stylish, the whole build feels durable and stable when standing on it. The LED screen works great under sunlight, mph data is precise, S mode gives a noticeable speed boost when I’m in a rush. It folds in seconds for storage, brakes react promptly for safe riding. The battery holds charge well after full recharge, no complicated setup needed right out of box. Definitely a solid budget-friendly scooter.

This scooter has exceeded my expectations. The top speed is accurate; I was able to get it to go 19 on flat ground. The range claims seem accurate too. This scooter is great for commuting, neighborhood riding, and short trips. I got what was promised and think this scooter is awesome, especially with all the features. I highly recommend this scooter to anyone who wants a reliable, fast, fun, and safe ride.

We loved the scooter itself. However the problem was the charger. It would not stay in place so that it could properly charge. It’s almost as if the charger was the wrong size. We bought two scooters and both did the exact same thing. No one else has mentioned this issue so maybe it was an anomaly.

I bought this scooter for my son. He’s going to use it for college. It is very good scooter. Work pretty good, fast enough, easy to ride on, There is a light in front of the Steeler and belt for the caution! Also easy to fold up, that can store in his dorm for charging. He really like it!
