I gave to my dad, and he loves it ,Arthritis keeps him home, but with this scooter, he can go shopping without worry. It has a sophisticated design, beautiful colors, easy operation, and just the right speed for an elderly person. It's safe for elderly people to use as a means of transportation. It folds easily, is lightweight enough to lift by one person, and can even be towed. It was fully charged the day I received it, and I've been out once a day, and it still has some juice left. It rides smoothly, so I can take it on trips too.

So far we are pleased with this product. The rider is tall and 219 lbs. He is not able to use the arm rests because of his size. It is easier to get in and off without them anyway. It is very easy to use. One handle for forward and one for backwards. When you let go of handles it stops. I contacted the customer service with a question but never heard back. On the panel, I wasn't sure how to read it. I think as the battery decreases the green dots go down. Picture attached. It does fold easy and fits in back of my SUV. Kinda heavy for one person to lift.

This has been a lifesaver for us. The speed is perfect, the fit & cushion are nice. It is lightweight but still is a little awkward to pick up even when it is folded. The backup alarm is super high pitched & loud so everyone can definitely hear it. It is overall a great purchase!

Bought for my mother she loves it. The beeper is super loud so don't let it startle you. Battery lasts forever! The seat could be a little more comfy but we added a cushion and it's perfect. It's easy to fold and load in and out of our van.

This scooter has a terrible turn radius and the back up noise is so loud that people thought it was a fire alarm going off. It is unusable in my workspace. It is also extremely small, such that as a person who is 5'3", I felt cramped. It would not be a good fit for a taller person. I tried to return this scooter and the company is awful to work with. They have repeatedly tried to offer me a small discount in exchange for keeping the scooter, and will not offer me a full refund. BUYER BEWARE. If there's any chance you may not like the scooter, do not buy it.

I brought this scooter for my husband with MS after his old scooter that I had to put in the back of my suv numerous times. The worst back pain because it weighed 65 lbs!
