The scooter was delivered and we found there was damage to the right rear fiberglass above the tire. Also the lever for forward and reverse was not staying connected. We contacted Litthu and they were great in resolving the issue!! Scooter runs great! Thank you

Much too large for hone use…

There is a major problem making turns and if you make too sharp of a turn you loose your balance. My seat is already squeaking and wobbly because my weight is higher than the documents that came with it. It was deceptive. I am stuck with it because I got it before I had to use it. It’s been 3 weeks and I have had a fall off of it and it is already creaking.

Received mobility scooter and was so excited. My excitement turned to HORROR. I paid $700 for a warped scooter. The front wheels are warped so bad - they stick out on the side. Now the kicker, I am being told if I want my money back - I have to pack it back in the original box and bring it to Walmart or FedEx back. I needed the scooter because I have severe back issues and I am “supposed” to bring this to Walmart to return!!!
