This mobility scooter has been a game-changer for my mother. The scooter is easy to assemble and use, comfortable, and has an impressive battery life. She loves the convenience of the basket for getting her mail, shopping and errands. Beyond the excellent product, the customer service is outstanding. I accidentally ordered an extra scooter and dreaded the return process. However, a representative handled everything quickly and effortlessly. I bought this for my handicapped granddaughter for her 10th birthday. She has trouble getting in and out of typical battery operated riding toys and can't ride a bike due to her disabilities. Now she is able to "walk" up and down our road for the first time since she was in a stroller (years ago). She told me this is the greatest gift she ever got. She brings her music with her and rides around every afternoon after school. The company is outstanding. I made a mistake and ordered it without mirrors, thinking they came with it. I sent a message asking how to buy them and a few days later got a package in the mail with them in it!! I would encourage anyone to buy this. It's very affordable and seems to be holding up great. Oh and the headlight is very bright.....she loves that.

Great buy, it was simple to unpack and assembly went fast and painless. The unit works great, the mirrors are not as useful asi thought, but gives the cart/scooter a finished look. NOW ALL I NEED IS A COVER TO KEEP IT LOOKING GOOD.
