This is a good scooter. everything as advertised. so far nothing bad to say about it. Do check your doorways ALL through you house before ordering. But other wise its a good scooter .Have not tried the transport part yet so jury still out on that at this time.

Was packaged very well. Arrived a few days early. Instructions were a little vague but managed after a bit. Fully charged the battery then unplugged for 2 days since I’ve heard it’s not a good idea to over charge the battery. And found the battery life had depleted by half showing orange. That was disappointing since it hadn’t even been used. Hoping I don’t have a battery issue since I have an out of state outing this week so guess we’ll just wait and see.

I appreciate this company because if you ever have an issue you can email them and they are pretty quick in responding and finding a solution to whatever issue you may be having, Customer service is very polite and concerned, very easy to deal with. don't purchase this unless you have smooth riding streets. The concrete streets here are horrible to ride on! Item makes strange noises and sounds like it's going to break down! I hate it!

The scooter is a great size, easily handled. Hubby can now be in the yard and prune bushes and and low branches on trees so I don't have to. I can now concentrate on the higher limbs that he can't reach.
