This scooter is an uncomfortable. Recent surgery with long history of an incurable disease caused me to purchase. Wounded up paying almost $300 to ship to me. When received & put together my leg length was too long for the scooter base. However, the box cut and destroyed getting scooter out of it.... Once together, my feet have to rest on the top of the front wheel covers. Very Uncomfortable. Asked for return label, again I would need to pay additional shipping of $100 for box and pick up. Finally got a chance to take it out for a test run. Positive-maneuverable, folds easy, battery easy to remove. Negative-Leg room not as good as advertised (5'11" ) knees bent at more than 90 degrees (2 knee replacements), speed on a flat surface didn't seem like 4.97mph, suspension tight very bouncy on a rough surface (paved sidewalk and driveway) ... show more
