First of all, my wife and I had a traditional hot tub for about 10 years. This past winter it finally gave up the ghost.. so we went without one until we purchased this (may).. When I was considering options, I looked at traditional hot tubs, then stumbled upon this 'blow up' option... At first I thought they were joking but then after researching them, they seemed like they MIGHT be an option. I was VERY skeptical to say the least.. Further research revealed many of these had mediocre reviews and some had poor reviews. At any rate, I pulled the trigger and ordered this when it was on sale for $500.. I figured for that price, I didn't have much to loose. Worst case I could send it back right? Upon arrival the box was SMALL and the fedex driver and I were laughing about the 'hot tub' in a box... So it sat on our front porch overnight and as my wife was getting ready for work the next morning I figured I'd start the 'chore' of setting this thing up and was wondering if I could get it back in this small box when I KNEW I was going to have to send it back... As I started to set it up I couldn't believe the ease of which the entire process took. By the time my wife got out of the shower and was getting ready to leave, I was filling it up with water.. A few minutes later and it was ready to go. After plugging it up and turning the 'jets' on I COULDN"T BELIEVE the force in which the bubbles came out.. This thing is a REAL hot tub! After waiting a day or so for the water to heat up (Same with our old hot tub. Don't expect the water to heat up instantly. This is normal) we thought we'd try it out. The first thing we noticed was that traditional hot tub steps were NOT required. You can just step right into this.. What I thought were 'cheezy" seats ended up being VERY viable and did the job nicely. The jets came out with so much force that after maybe half an hour my wife wanted me to turn them off because they were beating on her back so hard.. not in a bad way.. just VERY Strong bubbles .. We were in absolute amazement. The side walls which I thought would be swaying and flopping around were extremely rigid, yet when sitting in the tub were nice and soft on your body. The temp was right up to snuff..we set it at the 104 degree level. Just an AMAZING tub at an AMAZING price. I am bragging about it to everyone I know.. for the price of a night or two in a resort, you can own your own hot tub. The cover snaps into place with 8 'quick releases' and has an inflated inner part that helps retain the heat. It comes with a funny little cup holder and even a tiny mat to step in and out of. IF I have any complaints its that there is no light option in the tub so night time use is dark.. solution? Amazon multi color floating sells pool lights for about $12. EASY fix to the issue.. I rarely write reviews unless I LOVE or HATE something... This is a LOVE review.. If you're on the fence, don't be.. get you one for you and one for your neighbor! You won't regret it!

The set up was easy and so far the heater works. the cover provided is worthless. it has 0 insulation. It's not that cold outside yet but the heater cant maintain the temperature. I've had an inflatable hot tub before and wish I would have went with the previous brand.

The media could not be loaded. The beginning when we first plugged it in we got an error code right away but I searched their YouTube channel and found the way to fix it but other than that we have had air in ours without it deflating how other reviews say and the water does take like a day to really heat up but it’s honestly so worth it for the value, the bubbles are amazing I love how it has a bag making it very portable and it’s good quality! I would 100% recommend!!

Received today. Ordered a mat to place under it since it was being placed on the concrete slab of our back patio. Installed and inflated in less than 30mins. Filled by garden hose in approximately 1hr. Turned on pump, heater since our well water was 70degs, run bubbles option. Everything was perfect. Hopefully the temp will be around 80degs by this evening for my wife and I to get in and enjoy. I can see now, this is going to be one of those purchases that will not be regretted. Well, spoke too soon. Inflated upon setup, filled with water. Let it sit overnight. Following morning and 50% of the air volume leaked out, Tub was partially collapsed. Removed all water, inflated again and started searching over the entire tub, inside and out with soapy water in an attempt to find a small leak. None found. I understand cool night time temps will cause air pressure to drop, not 50% of the air. Apparently it is inside the lower portion of the control box. That is encased with screws. I will not remove those screws and void warranty. In contact with seller, waiting on their response. May just pack back up and return to Amazon for a refund if a resolution is not received soon. Will update once resolved or returned.

Bought this for my husband's bday in October. It was easy to set up and looked great in the space on our back patio. Cleaned it weekly and changed the filters every few weeks. Loved it till the heater quite working in February. Only 4 months after purchasing. I've messaged the seller but have not heard back. Hopefully I can update with a resolution on their end.

It does the trick, read directions very well. Temp can drop quickly once u put bubbles on. Took one day to heat up. Wish it had more jets and pressure but does what it does for the cost. Update, used Tuesday through Friday and the heater has stopped working. Tried all the trouble shooting stuff nothing has worked.

This is amazing can't believe i went so long and didn't buy one. Customer service was fantastic. The money is worth it it's just like being in a hard style hot tub. It stays hot 104 and I wasn't sure if I was going to like the air bubbles but its amazing. The set up is super easy.

I purchased this hot tub for my wife for Christmas. We live in a cold climate and was looking forward to a hot tub while it was snowing. Come to find out that the temp never got above 95 degrees. and when you turn the jets on it quickly went down to 80 degrees. There is no information from the seller suggesting that this product struggles in cold climates. When asked to return this item, the seller told me to spend MORE money to get a bigger heater. Now if you want to soak in a hot tub at 104 degrees in the middle of the summer, than do you. But for those of you who are thinking this is going to be hot in the winter, dont buy.
