One star—but only because it arrived on time. That’s where the magic ended. If disappointment had a product line, these lights would be the limited-edition collector’s set. The bulbs are spaced so far apart they look like they’re practicing social distancing, and they’re about as bright as a flashlight with dying batteries. The screws? Made from what I can only assume is compressed disappointment. The moment you try to install them, the holes in the lights crumble like they’ve given up on life. But wait—there’s an app! At least, that’s what the box claims. In reality, it connects about as well as two introverts at a networking event. The timer doesn’t work, and the color settings are… creative. Want blue? Surprise—it’s yellow. Want green? Enjoy your new red. Select “twinkle,” and it just stays red, like it’s too tired to try. To really drive home the experience: my husband says he will never get back the five hours of his life these lights stole from him—five hours spent putting them up, taking them down, and questioning every life choice that led him to this moment. Overall, this is easily one of the worst LED light sets I’ve ever owned. Do yourself a favor: skip the bargain and go straight for the pricier ones. Yes these lights are great. They do work with the app or the remote . Now I did buy some double sided tape for the install. ( I was putting up under 30 degree temps) Not overly Brite to disturb the neighbors . Does add Christmas spirit and can stay up all year with out being notice.

Ordered in November, had them up for Christmas and worked well. Return period ended January 31st and completely went out the first week of February. Do not recommend unless you just need for a short period, definitely not permanent.

These were fantastically easy to install. Got them up in a couple hours and it adds a nice glow to my house. It only does one color at a time and its not as bright as the professionally installed kind some people get, but given the price I think its exactly appropriate. Works well if you pair it with a set of other lights rather than as a standalone feature for holidays. For regular use year round I think a couple of the colors are appropriate, but probably not all of them. It'll be nice to transition from halloween decor right into winter holidays next year without much effort! ... show more

worked for a 4 months and now just flashes. Remote doesn't control - came here to troubleshoot but all the directions are for indoor lights - I have reconnected everything, checked power source, changed battery in remote... no change
