After using this patio set, I'm truly impressed! It was easy to put together and fits perfectly in my space. The quality is excellent—the cushions are both firm and comfortable, and they stay snug in the chairs without sliding. Chairs came first. Then table now finally the sofa. Seller communication is non-existent, has yet to reply to my inquiry. Table came with dents and a broken leg but I could tell it was a cheap value add. The chairs and sofa cushions are exceptional. True thickness and comfortable. The cushion covers aren’t though. The material is a bit scratchy. Assembly was simple except there were 2 screws where the hole didn’t fit the allen wrench so it was hell getting those in but it feels stable and I’m overall pleased. Just didn’t like that it came separately. I like to get things done in one sitting.

It arrived in four packages at the same day, all the parts were well packed and labeled, they were easy to assemble. Great size chair for big man. I also like the removable cushion covers, great scratch resistance for those. Overall, it's a great investment for summers.

Assembly is a challenge. Pics not real clear to assemble. The cushions claim to be 5.75 inches but are actually 4-4.5 inches when measured. Comfy but not near as thick as claimed.

Fantastic patio set for the price! It’s very comfortable. I do not find the seat cushions too firm. The back cushions are just loose poly-fil and I can see why some people complain about them not being filled enough. I find them comfortable but if you need more support it would be easy to add more poly-fil into them. Only being able to track the first of four boxes was irritating, but they all came within a few days. The directions were easy and clear for all but one bit on the sofa but it wasn’t hard to just loosely attach the two small pieces to see what direction worked. The chairs and ottoman were straight forward and I had no issues with screw alignment. The sofa did have one screw that didn’t line up well but I was able to get it to fit after some adjustments. It took me a couple hours to put it together alone, but I was also watching tv or having a toddler distract me. Once put together it feels very sturdy. The cushion cases feel thicker than other cheap sets. It looks much more expensive than it is. I can’t speak for durability yet but I am keeping it covered when not in use to delay rusting and sun wear. Overall if you want a comfortable, beautiful patio set but need to stick to a budget this is the set. I really can’t believe it’s only $850.

They responded quickly and provided tracking numbers for the remaining pieces. We received everything earlier than Amazon had said we would receive them. Don’t pass on this set.
