I used these to hold the doors of my Dream Box and they are perfect. Comes with all the needed hardware, goes up fast and easy. Love the white finish. These are bigger than I thought they would be! I thought I would get the smaller kind like we have on our screen door- this is not the same!! I actually like that these are bigger, they hold more weight and turned out perfect for what I used them for. We moved my dream box to a room with carpet, so it sits a bit uneven. I don't close it up, it just sits open all the time in my craft room. The front two doors in the open position were swinging open because the floor is not level and the weight of the doors pulls it forward. The magnets the dream box came with failed due to this, and these new latches were exactly what I needed. They installed perfectly onto the doors, now they stay secure and no more fighting with them. If we ever move it to a hard floor again I'll just remove these so the box can close up all the way. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Absolutely useless lock. Opens with almost no effort; my 3 year old opened the door as if nothing was there. Watch the videos at the top of the reviews; I had the EXACT same experience. I can see them MAYBE working on a sliding door, but for a standard swing-open door, this lock does absolutely nothing. ... show more

It is hard to see, just looking at a photo, but this is a pretty thick and heavy eye and hook latch. I bought it wanting to keep some doors in an RV closed while in motion and these were much bigger and heavier than I needed, but they do work for the light weight job I used them for. Were I buying again I would have bought something lighter and thinner, but these are OK for what they are, and they hold the door closed very well. ... show more

Got these to “kid proof” our door to the swimming pool. When the kids get older they’ll figure out how to move a chair over and undue the lock, but they’re perfect for right now. Easy to latch and unlatch, look nice and very sturdy. We’re very happy with them. (We’ve now also alarmed the door.)
