Omg..I've never heard my husband curse so much when assembling an item. My husband is a mechanic, builder and electrician and can usually put anything together with ease and enjoy it. He insisted that I write a review for this grill warning people what a pain in the a** it is to put together. 3 hours and 40 minutes for an experienced mechanic to assemble, insane ! So it's not recommended for the lesser skilled or people with little patients. After assembly , I can say that this is a very nice grill and it looks great and worth the money..it's just the assembly time is the reason it got a 4 instead of 5. Am I annoyed that there’s paint shipped off in places and the bent bottom piece shore? Am I gonna try to ship it back ? I’m not that crazy. And I’m sure minus the blemishes it’s going to perform like a rockstar. It’s a grill not a Lamborghini. That said whoever packs these grills needs to be taught the difference in ensuring that the grill arrive safely and overkill the amount of tape that I had to cut through and plastic zip ties, which is what created the bend was ridiculous on top of the fact it was almost impossible to get out of the box. More annoying was a Styrofoam that was inside the grill holding up the oil pan and the gas pipes there was no easy way to get that out, and if there was, you didn’t make it evident in your instructions and another point your instructions leave a lot to be desired. I will grant you I am not an engineer by any stretch of the imagination and this is going to be a challenge, but the labeling coupled with some descriptions that made absolutely no sense. Made this build 10 times more challenging than it needed to be. And if you’re looking for suggestions, besides correcting all the things I just complained about is I didn’t realize that neither the Wright nor the left side panels folded down, which is on a game changer, but my last drill did that and it was a cheapie so why this doesn’t give you that ability boggles my mind at least on the side that doesn’t have the burner. Anyway, I look forward to many years of grilling now I just need to get a gas tank. Oh, I almost forgot the left side handle for the door was over drilled on the handle so I can only screw in the top screw because the bottom screw won’t stay in because the hole was drilled too large. This process was perfect! I had reservations..but IT WAS PERFECT. Seamless. I got a call. I was not at home. I said that I had placed the grill in front of my garage. All loose items taped and secured. The driver said he would pick it up. And he did. Just great!

Says 50 minute build with 2 people... if you can break 9 hours with 4 people and 2 of them are NASA engineers I would be amazed. This is the most difficult assembly of anything I've ever done, and I'm a 43 year old home owner of 16 years. I basically built the home I live in, and this is beyond absurd. I'll be taking this thing to the dump tomorrow and buying an entirely different barbecue. Keep in mind I have bought and assembled probably 10 others in my life.
