We are new and first time house owner, and this is our very first grill for our backyard. I bought the 3 burners model and it is perfect size for our family (family size of 5) Our family enjoys grill food a lot but never have a chance to own a grill burner. Now we can enjoy grill beef, hot dog, chicken anytime we want to. We have in ground pool incl our backyard and with this grill burner, we can invite friends and families to our house anytime during summer. This grill burner is very sturdy. It arrived in a medium size box, but extremely heavy. Everything is packed neatly inside the box with lots of protections. My grill burner arrived in 99% perfect condition. The instructions are very clear and easy to understand. Even though the instruction pictures are actually referring to the model with 4 of burners. Pictures are slightly different but the concepts are the same. However, I have a really hard time to remove all the parts from the box as all the parts were packed really really tight. I can get them out from the box without fully destroying and tearing up the outter box. The instructions took me about 2 -1/2 hours. Along, without any help from anywhere. Need to figure out what the instructions means and also there are several spots required L shaped screw driver in order to screw them in. My regular size screw driver is too long to be able to get to those tiny and tight spots. Anyway, after get over the pain with installation. This piece of grill burner is truly amazing. Looks nice and sturdy. It is definitely durable and easy to use. Installation might be quite a pain but the result is beautiful. Size is perfect for our family. I recommended this burner to my mother and my brother. It is definitely a well made product and will be durable for a long period of times.

I bought this for my husband for Father's Day and he absolutely loved it. It took him about an hour to assemble it and he stated that the assembly was very easy. He cooks on it all the time and says that it makes a perfect steak. It's definitely worth the money.

The media could not be loaded. I wanted to provide this grill to my daughter and her husband so they host gatherings with friends outside. I decided on this grill instead of going to the home improvement store to stay under our budget. I feel this three-burner with side pot burner model was just right for them. My daughter and I surprisingly spent less than two hours assembling it together. We had used two screwdrivers from our tool collection and used the included wrench for the carters section. I appreciated the straightforward instructions for the most part, though some steps required a little extra patience such as removing the side protection brackets to access the grease pan felt particularly odd but it was an essential part of the process. I felt another challenging assembly moment was securing the screws under the side burner. We had to use a Phillips screwdriver and needle-nose pliers to maneuver them in the tight space. Once we powered through the assembly, the grill appeared unscathed with no dents, scratches. I noticed this grill is easy to move and lightweight. It is not over 100 pounds and we could put into a Pacifica minivan or explorer hatchback area. The grease tray is small so she will have to gauge how quickly it may fill up during burger nights. The AA battery was not included but we use energizer and it lights the burners quickly.

The heat plates are terrible and cause flair ups with all the holes. The grill pan is a good idea but useless if your grilling big items and only limited to two grates. The doors constantly swing open and can't stay shut. They should of included a extra grill sectiong for those that don't use a grill plate all the time. Overall don't waste your money because I'm stuck with this and can't return or get my money back for a product that is a good deal but functionality is bad when using for majority of cooking. The burners are random and heat mostly in the back and the dials are iffy on tuning for certain temperature.

Just assembled this grill and found out most of the way through, it's damaged. This must have occurred at the factory because it was very neatly packaged and the parts that are damaged are protected during shipment. See pictures. Unfortunately, since I didn't notice until being most of the way through assembly, I will not be returning it. Nice looking grill and I look forward to using it, but careless inspection (or lack thereof) before shipping. The damaged spots shouldn't have any effect on the grill itself unless it leads to rusting earlier than it should. Assembly was a bit on the time consuming side and you need to be careful when tightening some of the screws as there are tight spots and sharp edges to work around. The wrench provided to tighten the castors down is a piece of aluminum junk. It served its purpose but I also bent it when tightening the first one down not knowing how cheap it is. I usually keep the tools that are provided when buying something needing assembly but this so-called wrench went right in the recycle bin after I was done with it. Otherwise, follow the instructions and you'll get through the assembly. No battery included with the grill, you'll need one (AA) for the ignitor. I have yet to use the grill for cooking but did let it run for about 10 minutes after I was done with the assembly. When I do, I'll update this review.

A great grill. Price was great for what you got. Seems to be made very well. Comes standard with a griddle which we love. It gave it a 4 instead of the 5 because the directions weren't great. They really could have done a better job.
