This is a amazing hot tub, I have had a few errors but, the instructions explain how to clear it. My first hot tub lasted 4 days and the motor went on it. Doesn't hold the heat well at all...about 4 minutes of top temp and drops 1 degree every minute. Heating element burned up with 6 months. Can't get the extended warranty honored either.

Set up was easy but the inflatable lid does not fit into the lid tarp like other hot tubs. So when you take the "lids" off, you have two-pieces flopping and or blowing around. The pump design inside the tub is a nice space saver and it heated up quickly in 40* weather. The tub is really only a 4 person tub, each sitting in the 4 corners. I dont know where an additional 2 people would sit, unless its children on the lap of an adult. The tub is also a thicker material than most tubs, which was a pleasant surprise. I have kids so this is my 3rd tub purchase from a different vendor in 10 years lol. Overall, the tub is nice but a better lid design is needed. UPDATE 4/8/25 Tub stopped working, stuck on HL code and no matter how many times I reset, it will not turn on. Very disappointing, I believe it has to do with the water always getting dirty because the lid is just a tarp so all the rain water flows in when you try to remove it. Dont purchase, this tub is by far the worst of the many I have purchased for outside use over the years ... show more

    • Faulty sensors after 2 months.

We’d only had this set up for about two months when it started showing an SH error code, indicating faulty sensors. When I contacted the seller, I was told it was too late to report it as damaged. It’s incredibly frustrating to spend that much money on something and have it fail so quickly. I was hopeful the company would make it right. Update: They did send me a replacement part, but unfortunately shipped it to the old address where the original product was delivered, instead of confirming or checking for a current address. That’s a five-hour drive from where I live now. After waiting over a week for the part—because their parts person was on vacation—I finally gave up and asked for a refund. They did refund me, which I appreciate. Their customer service team was kind and pleasant, but in terms of timeliness and effectiveness, it left a lot to be desired. I’m left without a hot tub, but at least I got my money back. ... show more

The water will not heat above 99 degrees even with it set to 104 it has been running for more than 24 hours with an ambient temperature of 86 and will not go passed 99 degrees not happy with this purchase at all would not recommend this hot tub
