I bought these primarily due to a <2 year old who could open lever handles and unlock our front door deadbolt. We had found him in the garage multiple times and he’d also gotten outside our front door once. Fortunately we have cameras and quickly noticed, but something has to change. The install was simple, quick, and the strength is quite obvious. I have these on two of my three exterior doors. I also put one on my storm shelter door in my basement so winds wouldn’t be able to blow it open during a tornado. My child is much safer now and we feel better having an additional layer of security on our doors.

We had a problem with our kids unlocking the normal locks in the house and walking out the front door, pantry, and basement. This three pack covered all areas we needed. We placed them at a height that they couldn’t reach. The lock is easy to open and close and does a good job quickly locking closed what you need closed. It was easy to install and we needed up not using the screws it came with. For more security I highly recommend using 3in deck screws. If there were to be an attempted break in the force of the kicks will spread out across the wall rather than at the door. The longer screws I used will definitely help to keep unwanted out. They aesthetically look very pleasing to the eye as well. I would highly recommend this product to others.
