I do my best to make my reviews honest, real and value-oriented as if I had paid for each item I receive. * These items are not totally free as Vine members pay income tax on the items they receive. I only mention this because we Viners do have some skin in the game for each item we order. Why I ordered this item: My lower back's been tight and my wife swears by sauna sessions for recovery, so I figured I'd try one at home instead of paying for a spa membership. Likes: * I can sit in it and stretch my legs out, not just hunch over like a pretzel. * The steam gets going fast, it was puffing away in under fifteen minutes. * The red and blue lights are a fun bonus. The red one against the steam almost makes it feel like a spa, not a box in my garage. * Zippers are metal and pull smooth. Getting in and out isn't a wrestling match like I figured it might be. * The remote lets me dial in heat level and timer without unzipping the whole thing to fumble with buttons. No likes: * The fabric smells kind of funky out of the box, like warm plastic. It's the kind of smell that hits you the second you unzip it. * Setup is a two person job. The steel frame poles are jacked up to line up alone. * Water in the tank runs low quick and the dry-burn shutoff kicks in mid session more than I'd like. * The interior pocket is basically useless. My phone fogs up if I put it in there. Would I pay full price for this product: Yes Final thoughts: This is a good home sauna setup for the price of a few spa visits. If your back tightens up the way mine does, this beats driving out to a spa every time. Just know it takes floor space and a little patience to set up the first time.

For an instant, home sauna, you get a lot of bang for your buck with this one. I have used the red lights for skin care and the blue lights for healing purposes, for the last 10 years or so, in spas and also Hyperbaric chamber sessions, so I was glad to find this sauna with the light therapy also. This home sauna is really well done, with many settings on the sauna temperatures and sessions you choose. I thought it would be a bit confining but it is not. Its spacious and relaxing to be inside and the chair thats included is not bad. I am going to have a handyman build me a better corner seating area so I feel more like I am in a real sauna with a bench and maybe can relax more while using it. The red and blue lights work with our without the steam going so if you want to do just a light therapy session you can choose that also. There is a holder for your phone, but I am giving you a heads up, to not take your phone inside this sauna tent, when using the heat, as it can destroy your phone. Your phone will give off that "locked" warning that it is too hot if you have it in heat for more than a few minutes, so be aware of this. This sauna is well thought out and the build of it is quality and its easy to set up and doesn't look bad at all. The actual unit that produces the steam also looks very well made and is easy to understand and use. For the price you can't beat this at home system. I give it an A+

This item arrives neatly enclosed in a product box that provides plenty of protection, ensuring that everything is received in perfect condition. Inside are the sauna tent and frame, steam generator, folding chair, remote control, red and blue light bars, and user materials. After reviewing the product information, everything appears to be included as shown in the product description. This is definitely not a tiny sauna tent, which I appreciate. The pentagonal shape gives me enough room to sit without feeling like I have zipped myself into a human-sized garment bag. The folding chair fits comfortably inside, and there is still some room around me to move. The 3L steam generator takes roughly 10-15 minutes to get things steamy, and there are 15 heat levels, so I don't have to immediately commit to being as hot as possible. I also like being able to control the settings with the remote rather than opening the tent and letting a bunch of heat escape. The red and blue light bars are a cool addition and can be adjusted separately. Overall, this is a roomy and easy-to-use home sauna that gets plenty warm and gives me quite a few ways to adjust each session. I have enjoyed using this sauna so far, and I look forward to continuing to do so in the future.

This is a really nice home sauna setup overall. The material isn't quite as thick or heavy-duty as I was expecting from the pictures and description, but once everything is assembled, it works really well. The steam generator heats up quickly and produces plenty of steam, and I like having the different heat levels, timer, and remote control. There's also a good amount of room inside without the whole setup taking up a ridiculous amount of space. Despite the fabric being a little thinner than I expected, it still holds the heat well and does what it's supposed to do. For the price, it's a great way to get a sauna experience at home without spending thousands on a permanent setup. I'm happy with it.

I was a bit skeptical about buying a personal steam tent, but this set has completely blown me away! It feels like having a private spa setup right in my extra room. The pentagonal design makes a world of difference compared to standard square tents—at 71 inches tall, it gives you plenty of headroom and space so you never feel cramped while sitting on the included folding chair. The 1400W steam generator gets super hot and starts pumping out serious steam in just 10 to 15 minutes. Being able to cycle through 15 different heat levels with the remote control is amazing, and I love that you can set the timer up to 99 minutes for longer, relaxing sessions. The added red (660nm) and blue (480nm) light therapy bars are such a cool bonus for post-workout recovery and skincare routines. The build quality is top-notch. The 5-layer insulated Oxford fabric keeps the heat locked inside extremely well, and the waterproof floor keeps my room completely dry. I also appreciate the little details, like the interior pocket for my phone, the clear zippered window so I don't feel closed in, and the automatic dry-burn safety shutoff. I procrastinated in getting this sauna assembled because I assumed it would be a big deal, but it definitely was not. I got this assembled and ready to use in about one hour and now that I know how to do it, I could probably get it done in 30 to 40 minutes. There’s nothing about this sauna that is anything but impressive. It is also surprisingly easy to use and operate. I’ve only been in this one time because of my recent schedule but definitely look forward to using it on a regular basis because it is quite relaxing and somehow made me feel better even after just 10 minutes on one of the lower settings. If you are in the market for a good, easy to use sauna, I highly suggest you give this one your serious consideration.

I wanted a real sauna at home without giving up a whole room or spending thousands. This does it. Plenty of space inside, but the footprint stays reasonable. Steam generator heats up fast and puts out a lot of steam. Heat levels, timer, and remote make it easy to run a session and walk away. Fabric is thinner than the listing photos suggested. Once assembled, though, it holds heat and does the job. For the price, this is a strong way to get the experience at home. I’m happy with it.
