Great battery for the price just got to be sure it fits in your Golf Carts BATTERY Bay! Some older Cub carts like mine have these struts DOWN THE MIDDLE that go right where you need the battery to lay I almost returned the battery to get the more expensive but smaller one from another company, but when I went to ship it back / even though I didn’t open the box, there’s an $80 fee to return it, which was a blessing in disguise ; ) Because this battery is better than the $999 one with the metal casing and all that other fancy crap you don’t need Where there's a will there's is a way, my dad always said. So figured a custom way to make them mount in such a way that it fit like a glove. I also had to make some custom bus bars on the terminal leads from copper I just had from an extra job site from when I built the Fontainebleau Miami. (Never throw anything away and you’ll have it when you need it.) (there are marine battery terminal's ready to buy (https://a.co/d/djIDLfy) But it was Sunday 9pm so I got creative. So, I made a pretty custom job out of it. I actually used these skid plates from my gun safe that was delivered a long time ago I didn’t throw away. So I cut the corner off which made a beautiful long L shaped brace that bolted to the frame supporting the whole battery. Straps go on that and you’re good to go. (bend any metal or aluminum that's thick enough in a L shape the length of the battery- remember no acid so it can be on a slight angle No problem ; ) I’ve included some pictures if it helps anyone I have a Cub car from 1999 and it’s definitely not supposed to fit, but I made it look like one of the cars from pimp my ride Good job Temgo This BATTERY gave my old Cub car a new lease on life I’m so glad I tried to make it fit and didn’t just give up This battery is a powerhouse I rode it 5 miles over three days and my battery was still at 95% And you’re only using 22% of the power so you can add a lot of accessories Which was great for this parade we have in our neighborhood every year First time we got to participate, and I think I won one of the three prizes??? ***(UPDATE I won 1st place $100 amazon git card LOL) *** Now I have a long-range fishing golf cart / and with a Vevor kayak trailer I can pull a paddle boat from Bass Pro with all the fishing rod holders built-in Or a kayak and go from lake to lake to get out there Cause you don’t want to be paddling a paddle about the whole way, so these new paddle boats are easy to take on and off and throwing the water Use the golf cart like a boat to get to the different places and hidden spots in Florida canal system Where there are monsters, tarpon, snook and even snapper Have fun with this good battery It’s a game changer on Range and everything else!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The TEMGO battery kit was delivered with everything needed for installation and changeover from the lead acid batteries. The directions were simple to follow and understand but just to make sure I did check a YouTube video and it was simple also. The difference in the power, durability between charging and overall performance makes this TEMGO battery a bargain at any price and has brought new life to an old machine.

Easy installation. Best to tape wires together that go to the + and - terminals as you disconnect them from the previous 6 battery configuration so you don’t mix up wires once you install the TEMGO battery. My 1993 ClubCar had several other small wires to keep track of. I built an aluminum tray for the battery that I mounted to the frame under the seat running front to rear instead of side to side. I also used the straps included in the box of accessories. The real surprise was when I took the first test drive! My cart has never run this strong or fast . Eliminated 6 heavy batteries and probably dropped 200 lbs!. Also, I the screen readout is easy to use and monitors battery status accurately. I’m very happy with this upgrade but have only used it a few days. It seems like good quality.

Was a little hesitant on purchasing this battery due to the so few reviews. I have this battery installed in our ezgo 36v txt for about a month now and it’s been great! Shipping was quick and the product came well packaged. I installed this very quickly. It does fit in the stock battery tray if you cut the mounting tabs off from the existing battery system. I do like the set up and the lithium power. I have noticed this battery is way stronger than the lead acid. I really like the display screen even though is an app but I like being able to see the percentage at a glance. It will also countdown the time remaining to charge which is a plus. The on board charger is a plus which I have mounted in the cart. It is worth the buy and we drive our cart a few times a week in our neighborhood. I would buy this gain and it comes with everything you need.

Battery life is great! Display is hit or miss touchscreens a little laggy fitment is great and was a huge upgrade for my 36 volt golf cart .install was a breeze and is much lighter then the 6 acid batteries i had in it before app is also a bit laggy but not a huge deal

This battery is so much lighter than the six lead acid batteries it replaced. The cost was much cheaper than the lead acid batteries I was going to purchase. This battery will fit in the space that three of the usual golf cart batteries occupy. The EZGO TXT golf cart this was installed into has two brackets that are for the battery hold down in the battery compartment. I had to take a grinder to remove these in order for the Temgo battery to fit into the battery tray. This took about five minutes to accomplish and the battery fit like a glove into the battery tray. There is a red wire that is part of the original EZGO battery charging port. This red wire needs to be cut from the port and an eyelet attached to it so it can be mounted on the positive battery post of the Temgo battery. The wire is part of a lockout that prevents the golf cart from being driven while the battery charger is inserted into the port. This lockout is not needed any longer with the charger that is supplied by Temgo with the new battery. Running the red wire back to the Temgo battery bypasses the lockout and allows the battery to supply power to the golf cart. This battery is a great upgrade to any golf cart.

UPDATE…. Installation is very easy and straight forward. Drove it for exactly 2 days and put about 2-3 charging cycles on the battery. The power was amazing compared to lead acid batteries and the battery life was very good. Got around 3 hours on a lifted golf cart with mud tires. BUT what these budget friendly kits fail to tell you is when you install this giant lithium battery you HAVE to upgrade the system first. I went on a 30 minute cruise on my second day and the controller, motor and solenoid got so hot it shut the cart off. The cart hasn't worked sense then. I called a few golf cart salesman/mechanics and the kits they buy come with all rated hardware… controller, solenoid, microswitch and thicker gauge wire to keep heat down. So this budget friendly 700$ battery just melted 2 4gauge wires coming out of the controller and welded my solenoid shut all because they fail to warn you. The actual voltage I was reading during operation was 38.6 volts and my current got up to 180A while going uphill. Stock electrical parts are not rated for this unless you’re just taking it to check the mail. Buyers beware this just costed me a whole 36v electrical system rebuild. Currently sitting at 1900$ for parts and labor requiring a 500A solenoid and 400A controller and all 2 gauge wiring. Total waste of money!! Will update pictures of melted components when cart comes back from the shop. 760$ turned into 2600$ in under a week. Sure would love a refund if your not gonna warn your customers what happens when you drive this for more than 10 minutes straight…
