The string lights arrived as advertised. Everything was intact, no flaws. The lenses of the bulbs are clear, not scratched and the wiring is in good condition. There's a little booklet included and some cable ties. Each socket has an integrated clip that opens downward. You could use the cable ties through the opening or clip the light onto something thin, perhaps onto a length of cordage for extra stability. The lights are a warm white. My photo looks like a cool/daylight but that's just my camera. They look like a regular Edison-style bulb. They're smaller than what you usually see, roughly golf ball size. The distance between the lights is about two feet. The description clearly gives an overall length of 35' with a total of 15 bulbs so when you take into account the length of the lead cord it just makes sense. Given the distance between the bulbs I'd call this string more of a decorative/accent lighting rather than a functional set for dining after dark if you hung them at the full length. They'd be more than bright enough if you put them closer together. You can connect up to 47 sets to cover whatever distance you need. This is a nice length for a small porch or pergola. Either way, they're bright and pretty with that Edison bulb sparkle. ... show more

I love these lights! I took a picture because I hung them up outside last week. They are honestly so beautifully bright. They do not have a remote control ability; however, if you are looking for this function you can always buy an adaptor for the outlet. All of the bulbs were perfectly working when they arrived, and I did not foresee this being an issue as they came in tight packaging. Additionally, the lights come with a replacement bulb and zip ties to secure the lights. The only downside to this product is that the lights/wires lack a clip or other device that allows you to directly hang the lights. However, the zip ties allow you to hang the lights onto anything, no matter the size or shape. I love this product! ... show more

I'm happy with these string lights of round bulbs. The length provides good coverage under my 8x8 canopy, and they are bright. The aesthetics are charming and create an inviting atmosphere. I like these round bulbs better than most other shapes of Edison bulbs. Each base has an integrated hook to help with hanging. They are listed as dimmable, but for that you’d need to pair this set with an outdoor dimmer adapter. The bulbs are shatterproof, and there’s an extra just in case. And the waterproof rating of IP65 is very good! The price makes me hesitant to buy another strand, though. ... show more

I love the warm color of these outdoor lights. They all connect well with the other strands I purchased, and they have significantly dressed up my firepit area in the front yard. Since I put them up, we've had 3 days of rain!! and the lights are holding up just fine. There is no water inside the bulbs, and they shine just as bright as they were the first day I installed them. These are great products, and I will purchase them again. I do not use the remote since I have them on a timer, and its not needed. ... show more

The spacing between bulbs is 24" which wasn't exactly stated clearly in the description. It says " Bulb spacing is 12 Inch, closer spacing ...". I'm not sure if that was supposed to mean it's 12" between bulbs or the bulbs are 12" closer (as opposed to some other brands). Either way, the description is somewhat problematic. The illumination is nice and bright enough with clear plastic globes. This set seems a little higher priced than other similar brands though. ... show more

These are great. They look exactly as pictured and were described. We love stringing these indoors and outdoors and are happy to have another strand for the summer months. They are fairly long-lasting.

These are just a classic string light that looks cool about anywhere. They would be better used indoors in my opinion as they aren't heavy duty, but could be used under an overhang or deck to get the party started!

The lights are a soft white, which I prefer. I like that it came with plenty of zipties. I've ordered similar lights before and they didn't come with any so that was a nice surprise. I don't like that the bulbs are plastic. You can't really tell by looking at them but I was hoping for glass. Other than that they're a great set of lights. ... show more
