I bought these pants for my husband after his leg surgery - one pair initially, and then two more after he tried the first pair. The pants are lightweight but well-made, and he says they are comfortable. The two front zippers, which run all the way from the bottom of each leg to the top of the waistband on each side, open completely. Only one of the very long zippers (out of 6 total in the 3 pairs) is a little bit difficult to get started. We have found it easy to put the pants on and take them off when he is lying down, and he finds them comfortable to wear. The material is stretchy, and still looks good so far, after machine-washing on gentle cycle several times. I would not recommend using an electric or gas dryer, but the pants air-dry fine on a rack overnight.

Got ran over in December had to have 3 reconstruction surgeries on my ankle which I had to have all this external hardware meaning regular pants really weren't an option. These were great zippers work smooth. Functions perfect for what I needed. Comfortable maybe a little baggy in the legs but waist fit right. Matched color. Seems durable. Doctors were definitely interested in them for other patients. Makes your life easier after surgery for sure.

Nice pants, but to be honest I like the full button version better. Full zipper is a little more difficult to get in and out. The pants' material is heavier than the Deyeek button down version (though when it gets colder it might be a plus).

Purchased for my husband who is an amputee and these are game changing when we are out. He can adjust his leg without having to take his pants down and they are made of a nice material and the thickness can take you from Summer to Winter. I haven't washed them yet but I don't see any issues. The length is a bit long and I would be great if they had them in lengths you could choose from. The color is nice and they can be dressed up or down. Your not going to wear them to a wedding or fancy party but they work for everyday life and wearability.
