This fan was easy to put together right out of the box. The parts were packed securely, and everything clicked into place without me struggling. Once I set it up, I was surprised by how quiet it runs even at higher speeds it doesn’t have that rattling or buzzing sound some fans make. The airflow is strong and spreads evenly across the room. I got it for my bedroom which getting so hot when there’s two ppl in the room lol, it keeps the air moving enough. The design also looks clean and modern, so it doesn’t stick out awkwardly. What I like most is the sturdiness. it doesn’t feel flimsy when it’s running, and the base is steady. Overall, it does its job really well: cools the room, runs quietly, and looks good. Boy the size of the shipping box will surprise you. We bought three for our back sun room. The box was so small, the blades were plastic, the lights no bulbs to change. We installed ONE fan to test. I was for sure they were going to be returned. We could not believe how much wind it pushed and the lights are LEDS, three light modes, remote control. Yes we installed the other two. They are very quiet. Great outdoors fans. Plastic blades are a plus for the changing of weather. Could be used inside. Great buy!! ... show more

    • Very nice fan, but a few disappointments.

The ceiling is what was expected and described...an acrylic material type fan. No wood fins or metal housing...lots of rigid plastic looking parts. That said, it was very easy to put together and install. Overall, it's a very decent fan and runs quietly. Not whisper quiet, but quiet enough. My first disappointment was the screws used to attach are very soft. Someone mentioned in another review that the Phillips head screws rounded out quite easily.... that was very true! Don't use a power tool to tighten them up with. Another disappointment was the lowest speed the fan will go is still quite fast. Would have liked a slower rotation to simply move the air about. You will always need the remote to turn fan on, so that's a misplaced item potentially down the road. The typical wall switch will turn the light on and the unit remembers what brightness you had before...so that's nice. Big note: You can't hook up separate switches for the fan and light as the fan isn't wired that way... (perhaps my third disappointment). I installed in a kid's bedroom, and it works well enough. Perhaps not the greatest, but a nice solid fan. ... show more

Great item for the price. Easy installation, good airflow, quiet operation, and bright adjustable light intensity. The only downfall is that it must be operated with the remote. If the remote quits working there could be a problem.
