One of those purchases I didn’t realize I needed until I bought it. Was packing for a month long trip to Europe and ordered it at the last minute on a whim (I chose it because I could get it the next day – – which was the day before I left). I knew Great Britain was famous for rain any time of year so took it just in case. Wow! I love it when stuff performs exactly as it is supposed to. Once I unpacked it I needed it the next week or so, so I didn’t have an occasion to repack it right away. Was concerned about getting it back in the little pouch. The worries were in vain. It folded up so nicely and easily fit back perfectly. And boy, did it keep me dry. I had a couple of ferry rides and stayed outside in the wind and rain just because I wanted to see the ocean. I pulled the hood up around my face and it kept me incredibly well insulated. I use a walker and it is impossible to handle it and an umbrella. Not to worry as I did not need one. And it really is fashionable. I got the pink one (is there another color?). It’s so nice looking, sturdy and looks more expensive than it is. And yet it is incredibly light weight to carry around in a tote. A terrific find! Am going to keep it in my car—ready for anything! ... show more

Folds up to a small bag. Light weight. Drapes well not stiff. Very comfortable. True to size I have the navy color love it. I haven’t worn it down for yet, but I have warned in rain. Kept me dry. I’m gonna buy another.

I bought this rain jacket a year ago for travel, but only wore it briefly during light sprinkles until now. I was recently on a trip with unseasonably cold, windy, and rainy weather. This jacket kept me dry in light and heavy rain. It was also a good windbreaker. It's not very breathable, so not the best to wear in a hot humid climate, but the lack of breathability helped keep me warm with the unexpected cold. I have large hips and this jacket just fits over them, but there isn't enough room to keep my cross body bag under the jacket (to protect it from the rain) The double zipper solves this issue. I can unzip the jacket from the bottom, so my bag can get covered and the jacket is opened enough so I can move. Giving it 4 stars for lack of breathability and not being comfortable in hot wet weather. ... show more
