These are well spec'd and apparently well made tweeters. They are also very well described in the Amazon listing and in the reviews. I have nothing to add in terms of what these little speakers are or what they do. But I did have an actual experience with them that might be helpful for prospective buyers. My mid-20s grandson (I call him Bud) built a plywood box to fit into the back of his Chevy Trax. It holds what looks like a 10" (maybe 12") speaker and two 4" speakers. He can connect his phone to the radio via Bluetooth. He plays mostly rap, which of course is already heavy on the bass. I've told him that he is missing much of the sound, especially the high end and percussion. He just says, "Right." When these speakers appeared on Amazon Vine, it gave me an idea. I ordered them. When they arrived, I asked Bud if I could borrow his car. "Sure. Fill the tank if you get a chance." Sigh. I did. I drove it home, parked it in my garage, opened the rear hatch, and crawled in. The box was sitting back there loose, so I just slid it out a bit and tipped it back so I could access the speaker wires. I didn't know (still don't) exactly how they are supposed to be wired, so I did a quick You Tube search and found a way to connect them using duct tape. It worked, although, with everything in one box, I'm still not sure the stereo separation is right. That evening, I brought the car back and had Bud sit behind the wheel and crank up the radio as I sat in the "way back". Then we did the optometrist-style test. "Which sounds best, this (with the new speakers unattached), or this (while touching the wires from one of the tweeters to the crossover contact)?" And, again. And again. No definitive response. Then, leaving the first tweeter hooked up, we did the same test while turning the other tweeter on and off. Now, the fuller, crisper sound was undeniable. "I guess that does sound better." No duh! The difference was even more striking with Morgan Wallen (he might be crazy). These speakers didn't reduce or drown out the bass, they just filled in above it and added sharper percussion. I explained to Bud that my installation was just temporary. If he wanted these speakers, he could have them, but he would have to take it from here. He had them all mounted and hard wired before he went to bed that night. I have to think these tweeters would enhance the high end and punch of any sound system, especially if it is bass and mid-range heavy. Based on what I hear emanating from the vast majority of cars that are providing tunes for the general public, that is the case with most after-market auto sound systems, though many owners of such systems probably don't realize it. BTW, these little dudes are very reasonably priced.

I picked these up as I have a set of components that is missing one tweeter. Pros: Includes crossover if adding to a stock stereo system. Dual mount pods included for flexible mounting options. Silk dome vs titanium. I was specifically looking for silk for the less harsh sound. They look good, they are not flashy or have over the top logos or colors. They match my components nicely visually. They work nicely with my existing crossover for my components. Cons: First and most importantly, the power ratings are garbage. 300w peak means nothing. Is it 300w each? 300w for the pair? I am guessing RMS rating is 50w, but their was zero additional info included with the tweets. Powering these with my 50x4 PPI amp with the included crossovers, they get pretty harsh in the upper power range, but they handle it much better with my diamond xovers. Overall: Installation was straight forward, the sound quality is decent and would say borders on very good "for the price point". They fit in with my system well and I would say overall these are a good value for the money especially for a modest front stage with 50-100w per channel setup.

These 1-inch silk dome tweeters are a massive upgrade for anyone wanting cleaner, brighter, and more detailed sound in their car audio setup without spending ridiculous money. Right out of the box, the build quality feels solid, and the included crossover setup helps deliver crisp highs without the harsh, ear piercing sound that some cheaper tweeters can sometimes produce. The silk dome design really makes a difference. Vocals sound smoother, cymbals are sharper, and small details in music that normally get buried suddenly come alive. Whether it’s rock, hip-hop, EDM, podcasts, or classic music, these tweeters add that missing sparkle and clarity that factory speakers usually struggle with. Installation was surprisingly flexible too. The option for both surface and flush mounting makes them easy to fit into different vehicles and custom audio setups. They’re compact enough to blend in cleanly while still delivering impressive output. The 4-ohm design pairs nicely with most aftermarket systems, and the 300W peak handling gives them plenty of headroom when the volume gets turned up. Honestly, these tweeters are better quality than I expected. They are soft dome tweeters which are my preferred style because they don't leave a ringing in my ears. They have multiple mounting methods (flush, surface, and angled). I do wish they had a threaded hole in the magnet because I frequently need to use that option. But that's nit-picking for the value. You certainly should never push 300 watts to these. I'd say 50 watts each maximum with a proper crossover. Speaking of crossovers, it's nice that they included some. They are very basic and inside they are just a capacitor. That'll work for a 6db/octave slope, but if I were you, I'd either get 12db crossovers or an electric one with 12db+ option. Otherwise, you're likely to easily blow these with the lower frequencies that still can pass through them. The sound is surprisingly good. Certainly not comparable to high end tweeters, but they definitely brighten up the sound and do it fairly smoothly. For the price, I can't help but recommend them.

These showed up today so I unboxed them and hooked one to one side of my stereo speaker output wires. it sounds really good actually and was blending reasonably with the other side when I stepped back a bit. They are small with a 1 inch mounting hole. They include surface mount pods if you don't want to drill any holes and include some double sided foam tape. You should be able to mount the pod to any flat surface that is big enough to hold it or drill some one inch holes in wherever these will snap in flat with the included mounting rings. They look really decent and should work with about any color interior as probably a contrasting color. I would say the crossover caps included in separate little rectangular boxes are setup for two way setup but you can probably play with a similar sized cap and change the value to tweak it for a three way setup. You can see everything they came with in the pictures and the amount of speaker wire included should work with most setups unless your going from the front to back of your car if it's big. Really nice setup for a small price and unless your looking for super audiophile sound I don't think you can beat these for a set of two. I'm pretty impressed and will update if and when these get installed in one of our cars.
