Unfortunately it's not a 400lb chair
Id like to say first of all, I do like this chair. Besides the execution of the bottom slide out cushion, I think mostly everything else works well.. unfortunately this not a 400lb person chair. I know I'm in a fat state of life right now, but I'm only around 275. And about 7 months later the chair is already sagging. Hoping it makes it to a year while I search for a new one. But yes. If you're not fat like me, you'll like the chair. So easy to fall asleep when you have it reclined and all the foot rests are open. But if you're closer to the 400 lb, sorry this isn't it

I’ve had this chair for quite a while now, and the comfort has continued to be exceptional. It provides great support and remains comfortable even during long periods of sitting. The build quality feels solid and well-designed, especially for a big and tall chair. I would definitely suggest this as a good chair to purchase if you’re looking for long-term comfort, support, and durability. It has held up very well and continues to perform exactly as I hoped.

Very wide hip friendly and easy to assemble - if you do need a second hand take the opportunity but its pretty easy to maneuver. You can trust this will be comfortable and worth the price. I was unsure at first but when I finally finished building and even throughout the process I was exclaiming how nice the quality is and how easy it is to put together. You can recline pretty far back and get into a comfortable position. The support for my back is great too! 10/10

Good at first, but seat cushion gave out fast
I’ve had this COMHOMA big and tall chair for a while now, and it started out feeling pretty good. The size is solid, the high back and lumbar support are decent, and the reclining feature with the footrest is nice when I need to lean back and take some weight off during longer sessions. The problem is the seat cushion. I’m in this chair for long PC/gaming sessions, and over time the “pocket spring” seat has gone from comfortable to downright uncomfortable on my butt. The padding has compressed enough that I’m basically feeling pressure points instead of even support, and after a couple of hours my butt is numb and sore, even with an extra cushion on top. For shorter use it might be fine, but for multi-hour daily sitting it just doesn’t hold up.the seat cushion still broke down faster than I expected for long daily use.

Not perfect but a sturdy chair worth the money.
I have had the chair for a month now have been very impressed and happy with it. I am 6'2' & 325lbs, the build is sturdy, it functions well with being able to adjust & lower the backrest and I don't feel like it is going to fail when I do lean back and rest a little bit in the chair, so I think the back support is good. I also work remotely from home too, so I spend a fair amount of time at my desk working. Now the parts that could be better, the seat cushion is not as thick as I hoped and did end up purchasing a separate seat cushion that has helped greatly - this guy here: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08SSKRT9M?th=1 (I was able to get it on sale at the time). The one thing I don't trust on the chair is the foot rest and I purchased a separate one for under my desk in stead, plus I needed some extra storage anyways. It works great for me. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0FB3NSHSM?th=1 So if I had spent another $50-60, could I have gotten a chair with better seat cushion & foot rest, maybe but I am happy with the decision I made here.

Disappointing After Extensive Research
I spent over a month researching office chairs before deciding on this one, and unfortunately it has been a disappointment. Right out of the box, the chair does not sit level and leans in a way that makes it feel unstable. No matter how it’s adjusted, it doesn’t sit the way it should. On top of that, the strap for the lumbar support broke almost immediately, which was extremely frustrating and does not inspire confidence in the overall build quality. The footrest is also incredibly short and feels more like an afterthought than a useful feature. It doesn’t provide proper leg support and ends up being uncomfortable rather than relaxing. Overall, the chair looks far more comfortable in the pictures than it actually is in real use. After spending a lot of time researching and choosing this chair, I’m very disappointed with the purchase and expected much better quality and comfort for the price.

NOT as described, not even close.
Garbage. First, it is NOT rated for the weight listed. The description lists 400 pounds. The instructions list a considerably lower limit. Second, this chair is incredibly uncomfortable. I was looking for a new chair, because my old chair had a cushion that had degraded and offered no support. This chair, despite being new AND claiming to have coil springs, was no more padded than my worn out chair. I suspect this is because the springs are not rated for the weight claimed. I feel like I am sitting on a board in this chair, and I probably am. Finally, it was really difficult to assemble because most of the screw holes are not properly aligned. When I finally COULD get it assembled it had a definite lean to one side. But I could not adjust this out, since making everything level and straight, would mean I could not insert the screws. This is a deceptive, defective, garbage chair.
