Good hinges and the value is great. I was able to change all my old brass hinges to these with minimal effort and cost. The only knock I have on these is that the finish is just a very tiny bit off from most other brushed nickel hardware I have. Not sure if it is the coating over it or what but it's just a fraction duller. Not noticeable unless you are a perfectionist or really really looking close.

These hinges are definitely worth the $1+ price. I was skeptical since the big stores have these for around $4 each. They come packed individually in a small box. No scratches or defects that I could see. They feel slightly less solid than the Contractor hinges I am replacing. Overall, they are fine. The hinges and screws work and once you install them correctly, they look good and the doors open and close the same as any hinge. The difference in appearance is what makes this a great buy. I am switching out "old gold” for satin nickel. One tip. Drill a hole in a piece of wood or find something like it and knock the pin out before installing. They are really stuck in there,

Good finish and easy to install. Make sure you get the correct hinge radius. Older hinges have a smaller radius. Be sure to pull out the hinge pins and lubrcate them first so as to avoid that black dust that gets on the door finish over time.
