The media could not be loaded. Easy to assemble is a understatement. Took less than 15 mins to put together. The red color is vibrant and beautiful. Sleek and slim does not take space up in your home. Having a pprt to cjarge your phone is so convenient. Has a headlight so others can see you during late hours. Speed adjustment and battery status right at your view. You can easily adjust your seat. Great leg room. It has 2 baskets one in the front and one in the back for extra storage. None slip handles for a nice grip. Easy to fold for traveling. This scooter has met all the expectations and operates smoothly. Highly recommend the purchase of this product.

Really cute scooter and price is very reasonable. I purchased the gray metallic color. It has under tones of purple as it is opalescent in color. I love it. I have MS and needed a scooter to be able to have some independence when outside or public places. It is narrow which I prefer for isle shopping. All the features are great and work beautifully. It is portable with a SUV and comes apart in four pieces. The battery is the heaviest part of the whole scooter. It has excellent battery life, turning radius. I am a very satisfied client and would recommend.

I have severe arthritis and have broken 9 bones in 5 years walking. When I did research, this scooter had the most and best features--and at an incredible price! It has a brushless motor, the battery lasts longer than all others, and it can handle a 15-degree hill. It also is the only one to offer a rear basket in addition to the one in front, which is important if one needs to do grocery shopping. It also has adjustable seat and arms and swivel arms. It also folds up easily for transport. The battery is lightweight and removable for charging so the whole scooter doesn't have to be moved from a vehicle just to charge. I even love the durable and shiny car-like finish and sturdy tires with a fron bumper guard and extra rear wheels for stability. I currently can't get to garage to take pics because I'm in a leg immobilizer and can't bend my knee, but I LOVE this product!

Did my due diligence based on options, quality, price, and customer service remarks. I like the bigger wheels. I like how the headlights are bright and can be adjusted without being affected by the angle of the handle stand according to your preferences. I like the additional basket at the rear and the high speed up to 7mph. It slows down for safety when it goes down. The scooter took inclines sufficiently and it could climb with higher angles. Assembly was done in 30 mins because the instruction is not clear but its really to figure out. The turning ratio is too good. What I mean is that the only thing I did not like about is the turning of the handle is too loose to turn left or right thereby making sharp turns. Got to take it easy on the turns or it feels like tipping but getting used to it. I do not know about customer service so far. There was a live rep. at the end of the line. It takes 24 hours to respond. Now I am waiting if they follow through. I will get back to you with the customer service result. Bottom line, it is a BUY!

I received this scooter way be4 ๐ eve Thats a โ๏ธ also this was so easy to assemble, I was very impressed ๐๐พkev is 69 yrs old he was reluctant @ first its a gift from me to him ,he watched me put it together & said I was very Talented, it was funny, because I like fixing things but this Scooter was very easy & a good purchase as well. I cannot wait to take it downstairs, & let him ride around in the nebiorhood...I encourage him to ride it around in the house, but he says things are in his way however, I am riding it around anyways.๐unfortunately, my sweet is in denial about his inability 2 move, yet he smiled @ me to let me know his Christmas ๐ gift is well received, I ๐๐ฝ for sunshine ๐ so we can go for our walks well he will roll & I will walk im ok with that, just so he can get out of the house more,...Thank you Ecombi 4 wheel MS02...

The media could not be loaded. My husband has been looking for a scooter for a while now that was affordable and would work for him. He isn't able to walk too far before his legs give out and he has t sit before falling. This has caused him to be depressed because he can't enjoy retirement. Now with the scooter he can do many of the things he enjoyed before. He can go on rides walking our dog while sitting comfortably. The scooter works well in the yard, on gravel, grass and on the sidewalk. Easy to assemble. Battery life is great for his needs. Very easy to operate.
