Con- If you do not want to hear beeping sounds when backing up, you must disconnect the horn. Bought this in middle of October. It is middle of January and already doesn't wanna work, right? It'll drive for 5 seconds and then stop all of a sudden. And the lights will just flash on not worth it. And if you are a taller person, this is not the chair for you. The seat is fairly small. Pro- Battery life is great, it gets me around where I need to go. It also has headlight. I'm going to put reflectors on.

I purchased this scooter for an upcoming cruise, I received the scooter less than 5 days (perfect). My husband helped me install the scooter which was easy to install. The only issue we had with installation is when my husband place the battery case and attached it to the scooter there were two small cracks near the handle of the battery case, we charged the scooter it seem to be fine the scooter rides very smooth, the lights were working great, my sister's scooter did not come with light 😁) we pick up the scooter with ease and put it in the SUV fits perfectly and LOVE the COLOR, we get on the cruise ship, the scooter does not fit through the cabin door, so we unscrewed the 2 bolts which was super easy, then I noticed the lights were on so put pushed the button and the button was stuck, so could not turn the lights off and the passengers started complaining that the light was blinding them🙁, so I covered the lights with a towel, that helped. Removing the basket is a little tough ended breaking a nail but with practice it became easier. After the 3rd or 4th day the scooter was making a sound like something was rubbing against something (for example) wheel bearing sound, but all and all the scooter served it's purpose. Thank you

It has a super loud back up signal with no way of adjusting the volume.

It is light weight and I like the larger basket. The seat is too short and very uncomfortable. Speed is unreliable.

The media could not be loaded. I received the scooter w331 it was very easy to put together but I find that the battery will not hold a charge and they refuse to replace it I do not believe Amazon holds up their end of the deal they were able to take the money for the scooter but they can't replace the defective part

Yes the buzzer is loud. Otherwise it’s a great scooter at a great price. Delivery was quick. Assembly was easy. I need something to travel with me and allow me to explore new places with my mobility issues. It even has a detachable basket with a handle and a headlight. Looking forward to a cross country trip this winter without the limitations of mobility
