Nice stable ride. Sturdy. Assembly was fairly easy. Did it myself in less than an hour. Nice tires. Only gave it 4 stars because it was heavier than expected so I will need to remove the battery (to reduce weight) when loading/unloading by myself. Going camping this weekend, can't wait scoot around the campground. And the folding feature makes it much easier to get into and out of the camper.

A lot more speedy than I thought, have to travel on gravel road and some mud to achieve my objective. Overall a great product, take some time to learn how to drive it correctly. Only have to charge my battery once a week. Good product for the money.

All the wires on this are too short and I've spent hours adjusting things so there is clearances and so things don't unplug when I turn the tiller. One whole day to put together with adjustments to make things work. This is Day three and I still have things to do on it inorder to make it the way I want it. I am impressed with the smooth ride and it is quieter then my other scooter. I haven't got it above 6mph because I haven't ventured out from the apartment grounds yet.

Excellent value and very convenient scooter. Once you get used to unfolding/folding, it is easy to do. Assembly was straightforward, and tools were even provided. It easily holds my 300 lbs. and is very comfortable. It's very fast so you have to be careful, and it goes up a 20 degree grade, as long as it's not longer than 20 yards. After that it starts to slow down, but if you start traveling diagonally it makes it to the top, albeit slowly. I think it will be durable, as the various bolts and hardware are secure and don't flex under load. The easy foldability allows it to easily fit in back of my Honda CRV. All controls are easily accessible, and logical. It will come in handy over the next two years as I have both my knees replaced and won't be able to walk far at first. Customer service is excellent, as I initially had an issue figuring out how best to lift it into my car, but they got back to me right away, with pictures to show where to grab. I found out that using the built in armrests worked best for me. I highly recommend this scooter and this retailer. You'll be happy and able to go shopping with ease. Other scooters like this are only a bit lighter, but cost three to four times as much.

It was relatively easy to put together. I haven't tested to see if it does in fact go 17mph. I've only used Shopping mode, and standard mode 1 and 2. Standard mode 2 seems pretty fast. May need to wear a bicycle helmet beyond that mode. The scooter being a three-wheeler is going to be prone to tipping over on its side if you're going too fast and do a sharp turn. That much I can already tell. Overall, I like the scooter. I think it waa a good purchase.

My scooter did not come with an instruction manual. It would have been very helpfull. Also the throttle is very hard to feather. There is a very slow response between the throttle handle and the motors. You have to turn the throttle handle full on to get the scooter moving and then the motors jump to full speed. Update: Upon contacting the ChiefCarOfficer Vendor, I was supplied with an operating manual. The scooter has a bike mode that works well in crowded situations. To access bike mode hold down the button above the M button for two seconds. Also you might want to add a thumb throttle. Ki
