My only complaint with the set is I had a defective screw that I tried to use that I should have not used because it ended up getting striped 1/4 way in and now I can’t get the screw in or out. All the screws need to be secured on this set in order to make this set usable because the chairs are made with cheap materials and now the chair will probably break. I can’t get the chair apart to return it either so I don’t know what to do. I’m gonna try calling customer service and hope a get a real person and not a robot! Update: no help from customer service and it was easier to go buy a screw at Lowe’s to replace the defective screw which I eventually was able to get out. ... show more

The chairs gave me a big headache because we couldn't align the parts right in order to get the screws in .. 1 chair is fully assembled the second chair is missing a few screws but I'm still able to sit my big butttt in there ... show more

This is a nice set for the money. I was surprised how small the box was. Assembly was a nightmare. Took hours to put together, holes not lined up. That Allen wrench hurt my hands bad.
