I was so excited to bbq for the first time. We got it all put together, checked everything over and prepped it for 30 minutes. I couldn’t get any heat. It only stayed at 200 degrees. I put the steak on just to see and it wouldn’t even cook. Wasted my money and so dissatisfied and disappointed.

Arrived missing the knob for the side burner. Unfortunately, Amazon cannot replace parts AND it's literally the last part to assemble so I had a fully assembled unit. They DID, however, send me an entirely new unit, I pulled the knob and sent it back. Crisis averted. The unit appears to work great through several uses.
