Well packaged and no damage. Since one person said you need the box to return it here's how I opened mine. Open the top to determine which side is the front. Put box on side with door on top. Cut straps at bottom, remove styrofoam and carefully upright box with fridge in it. Lift box off fridge, remove extra cardboard, place on small rug and drag into position. Look at your watch and wait 24 hours after it's in position by the outlet. The box folds easily for storage for 30 days. It's a nice size and almost a neon lime, which is what I wanted. It was also on sale which is what I wanted. If I get tired of the color, they make stainless steel contact paper. Happy, happy, happy. If I run into problems I'll add to this. ... show more

I just got my fridge in the soft blue color. It did come dented but for the price it doesn’t bother me that much. It comes in two boxes one that holds the fridge and then another one that holds it all together so I’m unsure how the dent got there. Over all for what I will need it the fridge is perfect and I can’t wait to fill it up. Adds the perfect pop of color to my office for a great price! ... show more

Being one person in a tiny house I thought this refrigerator would be a good size for me. Like a lot of people have said, it arrived with two dents. A small one on the side and a big one right up front. The door holds 6 cans of soda but if you put that many in the door pops open. One can of soda rolled to the back, froze and blew up. The only issue is that it was shipped to me via FedEx/UPS (don't remember now, but does not make a difference) and looks like it was dropped out the back of the truck. 6 obvious dents over 4 sides, the packaging was not enought to shield it from the treatment known by shipping companies. ... show more

i absolutely love this fridge, it checks all the boxes.. however when it arrived there was a scratch that was across the “frestec” writing across the freezer, a noticeable dent on the fridge drawer, and a peeled sticker on the top. i hope it is all just cosmetic issues and not just electrical as well but we will see as i give it awhile to use it. part of me wants a partial refund given that i feel it was maybe used and returned (due to sticker peeling) but i don’t want to be high maintenance. ... show more
