This is so incredibly soft and very beautiful looking!! My cat LOVES how soft it is and is always rolling around on it or lounging on it. We're definitely loving it. The ONLY thing we didn't realize about it is that it's also incredibly thin and you're going to need to get a rug cushion mat or something underneath it. Also, it's thin enough that when you're vacuuming, the vacuum might pick it up and move it around, especially around the edges of the rug. It can move around a little when you're just walking on it too but it could be the cushioned mat that I have under it too. Anyway! It’s beautiful and large at a great price. I knew what I was getting because I have smaller rugs made the same way around the house. These aren’t meant to be long term rugs unless you really have little to no traffic on them. It’s a good temporary rug for busy families that want the style but also don’t want to spend a ton on a rug that will be trampled to hell and back by your household. These are washable but you aren’t getting the bigger sizes in a machine without really hurting your machine. The feel: soft like a fuzzy blanket but thin. I have tile and I definitely feel the tile and the grout lines. It is also grippy with rubber on the back so it doesn’t move around. Cleaning: (I have an 8x10 and can’t machine wash it) spot cleaning is fine. It’s thin so it doesn’t hold onto a whole lot of wet messes. Vacuuming is a challenge. The robot vacuum is the only vacuum I have that doesn’t try to suck up and eat the rug. (I tried my big corded vacuum and my stick vacuum they both try to eat it.) ... show more
