I have used a lot of pump sprayers over the years and this battery powered backpack sprayer is a major upgrade. Not having to constantly stop and manually pump pressure into the tank makes a huge difference, especially when spraying larger areas. You just put it on, pull the trigger, and it does the work for you. It makes the whole process much faster and much less tiring compared to traditional sprayers. One of my favorite features is that the pump is on demand. The pump only runs when you are actually spraying, which I really like. It feels more efficient and also helps conserve battery life. The adjustable pressure is another big plus because you can dial it down for lighter spraying or increase it when you need more reach or stronger application. I also really like that this sprayer is compatible with DeWalt and Milwaukee batteries. Since I already own DeWalt tools, I have extra batteries ready to go which makes this even more practical. Being able to swap batteries instead of waiting on a recharge is a big advantage if you have a lot of spraying to do. The battery indicator display is also a nice touch so you know how much power you have left. The backpack design is comfortable and well thought out. The straps distribute the weight well and make it manageable even when the tank is full. The included wands and multiple spray nozzles also make this very versatile depending on whether you are spraying weeds, fertilizer, or general yard treatments. The tank opening is large enough to easily fill and clean, which is another small but important detail. Overall, I have been very impressed with this sprayer. It saves time, reduces fatigue, and feels like a professional level upgrade from standard pump sprayers. If you already own compatible tool batteries, this makes even more sense. Between the adjustable pressure, on-demand pump, and overall convenience, this has been a fantastic addition to my lawn care equipment and I would highly recommend it.

This is a great step up for me on two fronts. My use of the hand pump sprayer requiring "recharging" every few minutes might be limited now as this powered sprayer can go until the battery runs out, making me much more effective in my garden work. The other tool that this may also replace is the powered jugs of herbicide that I buy at the hardware store. They do a good job but have limited spray-pattern options; open or closed mostly. This big boy offers power and options for a wide variety of spraying tasks. The unit assembles in just a few minutes and is ready to go to work. A weak point is the back support that slides into a pair of slots for the arm straps to clip to. It slips out far too easily and I found shouldering the pack a little difficult a couple of time as the bottom of the straps was no longer attached to the sprayer. I'll build up the pins in some way to prevent this in the future. One of the great options on this sprayer that makes so useful is the adjustable spray power, controlled by a control knob that is easily reached by the left hand as you spray with the right. The pump runs on demand and turns off when you release the trigger. Just what I want during this kind of task. The kit includes a wide range of spray tips that are easily swapped out by a screw-on connection. The amount of plastic in the wands, the spray tips, and the trigger mechanism is a concern. The screw connections need to be tight to prevent dripping of chemicals all over the place but I have to be very careful to tighten the joints without overtightening them and stripping things out. I'm hopeful that my touch will help this unit to have a long life in service of ridding my garden of uninvited weeds.

I do my own pest control, and for years I have used regular hand pump sprayers. They work well, but lose power over time which means they have to be re-pumped on a regular basis. I decided to try this backpack sprayer out to see if they are any better. First off, this thing is awesome. It makes spraying my property way easier. It comes pretty much assembled. You just have to take out the accessories and attach the wand and the hose. The battery came about half-charged so I was able to test this out right away. Once it is connected you just slide the battery in and turn on the switch. There is an on / off switch, but also a dial to change the speed / flow of the sprayer. I put some water in the unit and played with the different tips. It sprays well and consistently. If you crank it all the way up it shoots out a pretty powerful jet. I like that it has a removable filter when you are filling it up. I also like that it accepts different types of batteries. The pack itself is a little heavy with the water in it, but once you put it on your back it is not too bad. I was easily able to walk around the spray. Where this really shines is the constant and consistent flow. This is something a hand sprayer could never achieve. This is going to make spraying my property much easier and faster. I think it will also help with any back pain that is caused by carrying around the hand sprayer. Overall I think this sprayer is fantastic and I would highly recommend it. If this one broke, I would for sure buy another one.
