My senior dog loves this rug, and it has been a great benefit for her due to nerve degenration in her hindquarters. It is truly non-slip, so she can keep her footing when lying down and getting up, and the fluffy shag gives her a nice, soft bed. Plus, being able to machine-wash it is a must given her age and health; I have already washed it twice with no degredation. When I saw how well it worked, I immediately bought a second one as backup, and I'm looking at the low-pile options from the same seller for use in the kitchen. This is rug is very fluffy and soft! I like the pattern/color. I'm giving it three stars because it still won't lay flat after a week and isn't really rectangular. Where it has stretched out, it's kind of wavy on the sides and not a straight edge. It has a couple places where it sticks up from being folded and shrink wrapped. I have tripped on it may times! If it had been rolled, this probably wouldn't have happened. I would return but it's way too much of a hassle. Maybe if you have a clothesline or something to hang it on, it might stretch out correctly. ... show more

What can I say about this rig, I have mixed feelings about this item. Pros: love the size 8×10 huge rug Soft to the touch, color amazing I purchased emerald green Cons: when I unpacked it some of the creases from being folded still haven't straightened out after stating it would after 48hours. I suggest they send or deliver it rolled up instead of folded. (MY opinion) And it could be a little more thicker but I guess for the price its ok.
