I bought four of these cameras. I'm not a complete novice when it comes to networking, but I could not get these cameras to connect to my router, no matter what I do, including turning off the 5G broadcast on the router itself, since those cameras need to be connected to the 2.4G spectrum. The app is absolutely useless and the cameras pretty much just do what they want. The description says to scan a QR code with the camera, and it will connect to the network. That simply doesn't happen. The QR code comes up and the camera simply beeps after a certain amount of time, indicating it has 'read' the QR code. The thing is... That beep happens after a certain amount of time, whether you hold the QR code in front of it, or not. Multiple resets of the camera have done nothing, and their manual suggests to contact their customer support. That customer support is non existent. After I sent them a message, I had to wait 24 hours to get a "did you try to reset camera?" back and NOTHING after I told them that indeed, I have tried to reset the camera multiple times. Let's talk about the accompanying app. First of all, the app has a 'chat' protocol running in the background, regardless of whether there is a camera connected to the app or not. That in itself is already suspicious. I don't trust anything 'chatting' on my phone that doesn't have anything connected to it to chat with. I am contemplating to factory reset my phone just to be sure this app is gone (yes, I have uninstalled it). Let's also consider that quite a bunch of reviews here talk about an SD card they bought. I'm fairly certain this company sold SD cards on this listing and then simply changed the product and product description to retain the positive reviews for the SD Card so they are now listed under this security camera product. I am sending the cameras back and Amazon, you need to look into this!!

Not the best camera there is for reception but i guess the camera itself does not receive the signal i even moved the wifi booster extremely close to the camera and i still have problems with it. Keeps saying signal unstable it sis work for about three weeks and not the best i couldn't move the camera remotely at all I'm still trying to figure it out if not I'll try something else maybe a wyze camera I've got a few and they are great.

Easy setup, very sensitive motion alarms with Great night vision, but it states no network connection a lot, with full wifi!!! Not sure what that's all about..

The truth is that the camera itself is fine, it does everything that is said in the description, it was very easy to connect it and the whole application was easy to use, everything was fine at first, great! but after almost two months of using it, it began to turn off light by light, then it did not turn completely until it reached the point of not recording anything, the truth is that I do not recommend it because of the time it has been useful.
