I wanted a product that would multi-task and this one had everything I wanted in one package. So far, I have tried most functions except toasting bread. I will still use my excellent toaster for that, although this would be handy if I were toasting for a crowd. My favorite thing that it does is to airfry a large pan of assorted vegetables. I just filled the pan, ending up in a couple of layers. Part way through I stirred them up. I had partially cooked potatoes whole in the microwave first and everything came out perfectly. It's a large, good-looking device. It looks as if it is for a serious cook, which pleases me. (I'm not.) The reviews were mostly very positive and I agree with them.

DANGEROUS! Burn hazard. Very poor quality!!! I should have known better than to buy an unknown brand appliance. No wonder it was “on sale.” I am shocked by all the positive reviews and can’t imagine using this appliance in my kitchen. While I had high hopes based on other reviews, this is an inferior product-flimsy plastic control knobs, poor design, and worst of all, it literally radiates a significant amount of heat and is a significant burn hazard. See the photo below of a second degree burn I got from accidentally grazing my forearm on the outside front corner of the machine! Clearly this has zero insulation. I would definitely not place this unit on a counter underneath cabinets above or close to a wall as I would fear it would damage wood and potentially melt or ruin any food items stored nearby. Even the heat radiating from the glass door was heat to the point of being very hazardous. I would definitely not have this in a home with small children!! I promptly returned it and bought a new Breville unit, which is wonderful. Never again.

Nice size, roomy for large quantity of food. We'll made but there are design issues I personally do not like. #1) the preheat setting dictates how long you will preheat. You are allowed 10 mins and then it turns off. #2) love all of the options for cooking BUT the options are not lit up so you can't see what option you are choosing unless you get a flashlight or other light source. A little dot light is in front of the preselected cooking option but not the cooking option itself, like roast, bake, etc. is not lit up. I am older so I already have difficulty seeing some things and this is a design flaw in my book. #3) when pulling the oven rack (or any other cooking rack) out, be prepared for the rack to slide downward towards you. There is no interior rack support mechanism to keep the rack from doing this. If you are cooking anything with any weight to it, it could end up on you or the floor if you're not prepared for the downward slide. Personally, I need to pull the rack out to be able to get a good grip on what's cooking whether to remove, baste, etc. This is a troublesome design flaw to me. I've only had mine for 2 weeks and I've used the preheat, bake, broil, and toast settings and it cooks evenly and reliably. UPDATE!!! I CANNOT SAT ENOUGH ABOUT THIS SELLER!!! I had a couple of questions regarding the workings of my new oven and the super... SUPER fast response from their customer care representative Mary was amazing. She was so warm and caring (yes, beyond caring actually) regarding anything I asked it was an incredible breath of fresh air. The stellar level of customer service provided by Mary is so rare nowadays. She was incredibly patient with me. If she needed me to perform troubleshooting, Mary explained everything in detail, step by step and allowed me time to get back to her with any information I gathered. Any company/seller that has an individual such as Mary on their team providing product support that reflects how much they appreciate and value those who have chosen their product over all others deserves every success in their business endeavors. It is very clear how much they love and stand behind their products. My experience with Beelicious had been such a wonderful pleasure that I give them the highest level of recommendation. I have had a blast using all of the bells and whistles my Beelicious oven has! I must say, one of my most excellent purchases I have made! 🏆

This is a really nice oven. Very well made and I wanted to keep it. But it was difficult to get what kind of stainless steel the cavity of the oven is made of. I thought I might be able to get specifics from the user manual but there wasn't one in the box. I don't know if the interiors food grade 304, 306 or something else. If it wasn't for the uncertainty I would have kept it.

This combination hot air fryer, toaster oven is a pleasure to use . I bought this to replace a very similar one that was not the more desirable 28 quart size this one provides. Great buy. I use it for certain things and it could be used for many more! Highly recommend. Great value for money.

The air fryer worked for a short while. The main problem was the knob you turn to select the time and temp started to be very hard to turn. Then in only a day or 2 more I could not turn it at all. I sent it back and had to wait for app. 10 days to receive my refund. I cannot go without a countertop oven so I have purchased a different brand praying that this one will work properly and for more then 2 weeks. Truthfully I think I received a bad unit.
