I ordered this Edikani E-bike after carefully weighing the options of ordering on line or going the safe route of buying a different e-bike from a local bike store or national chain store. This model had decent reviews and many videos on YouTube so I felt pretty confident in making my order. Manufacturer made contact within 24 hours and they continued to provide delivery updates until the bike arrived. I liked that I had to sign for the delivery! Picture shown gives you an idea of how the bike arrives. Packaging is very heavy. Assembly guide provided could you some help, however, I found good videos on line that greatly helped. Assembly time was about an hour. My only concern is with the front wheel assembly as I’ve had a little difficulty with the quick disconnect, but after this first week of riding about 20 miles, I am very impressed. Front adjusting shock does not provide much absorption over bumps, but it rides comfortably on the street and sidewalks. The pedal assist takes getting used to but once you feel that extra power kick in, conquering hills is a breeze. I am 6’-1” and 240 lbs and top speed I’ve reached on flat surface is 28mph….and that feels like you are flying. One week in and I’m impressed. Will post an update (if possible) a few weeks down the road when I can put some real mileage on the bike. Braking on downhills takes some practice versus traditional bikes, but does the job. ... show more

Well I will start with shipping, it was very fast no damsge to anything, I have put 350 miles on it and it is very responsive using PAS and is built very well, decent ckmponents and a nice range if PAS from gentle assist for very ling rides to full assist and this thing flys! (Buyer be aware that max assist and rider pedaling steady you will use battery faster, this is true with all ebikes) this said i have ridin it at assist 5 and pedaling steady I gave went 30 miles at 30> mph and had plenty left in the battery so do the math, if you bump to assist lets say 3 and ride (while pedaling) at 15-20 mph you will be able to take easy a 40 mile ride, the only thing that keeps this from 5 stars is its realativley “noise” when going over sny bumps and I may be unfair in that assesment as it is full suspension and has many pivot points but dont let that be your deciding factor its very nice, also keep in mind uf you put on a rear rack it pretty much has to be sear pist only mount if rack has dupports also going to frame it stops suspdnsion points and iver time this could be bad on welds, that is what it is its beautiful, super fast and a great value, I recomend it, its just not a “touring bike” Jonny. ... show more

Si I gat this bike 1 month ago but from 1 to 10 I give 9.5 cos 1 of the fender just broke, but that is no or can you replace, the most important for me is safe, speed, battery and comfort, and this bike have all that, so is worthy? Yes it is I use in the NYC and is perfect cos here is to much traffic, train is full and dangerous and this help to rig off that, so guys is really good if I don’t mention something else sorry but I just is perfect for my, 👌 ... show more

    • Gave it a fair shot
I received one of these bikes. Or at least one similar by spec. I Truly gave it a fair shot. I'm about 6 months in using it every other day or so for work which is just a couple miles. Assembly wasn't terrible although getting the front tire to lock in place in a way where the disk brakes don't run is almost impossible. You pretty much have to settle on locking it in the way where the disk brake rubs the least. It's not a question kf settings but a flaw in the design. They talk about this range with the pedal assist. Not even close. I never got but maybe half kf the range and that's pushing it. I usually had to charge it after 5 days of tonand from work which is 4 miles round trip so about 20 miles. And that's with a couple hills where the bikes just coasting and no power or work is neee ... show more

The bike is performing well so far. But the rear tube exploded on the 1st ride. The tires are paper thin... will need to be replaced soon for stronger quality tires. Contacted the seller for some details including settings. Very responsive and helpful. Even offered remote troubleshooting if needed

    • Impressive bike for the money
After riding this eBike for 550 miles, I’m ready to share my experience. Overall, I’m very pleased with its performance. The full suspension is outstanding, especially at high speeds, making rough trails much more manageable. The bike has held up well to some harsh riding conditions, which speaks to its durability. That said, the weight of the eBike—typical for this price range—can be a challenge, particularly on downhill trails. The brakes are another area for improvement; they can feel a bit underwhelming and sometimes squeal during hard stops. I’d highly recommend upgrading to hydraulic brakes for more effective stopping power, especially considering the bike’s weight. On the bright side, customer support has been phenomenal. When my bike arrived damaged, and later when my charger stopped working, they handled both issues quickly and professionally. I’d give their service a 10/10—they truly came through when I needed them. Overall, it’s a great eBike with excellent suspension and top-tier customer support, though a brake upgrade would make it even better for serious riders. ... show more

Was fun to ride around. I did almost 25 miles in a day off one charge, while charging my phone on the bike battery. Reaching average speeds of 25 to 30 mph. The rear tire popped on the third day of riding it but the customer service was really responsive to send another tire and tube.

    • Fantastic bike
I bought two of these and love them! For the price, excellent bike. Went into Georgia and rode some mountain trails and the bike handled well. We took off the fenders and rode without them, really just a preference!
