I bought this to have a better place to keep my Dell Latitude 5480 than on top of my soundbar's subwoofer. As it turns out, the 20mm square tubing comprising the frame of my desk is too small for this to mount to it in the intended fashion, but there's a gap between the top shelf on the bookshelf portion and the top frame tube of that portion which is smaller than the height of the part that is supposed to grip the pole, so I was able to basically use that as a vice grip on the top tube to hold the mount in place. It feels very sturdy and stable, so I think it'll be all right in the long run. As a bonus, I found while putting it together that only the top two holes on the VESA mount are used by the laptop shelf, leaving the bottom two free. My Dell docking station has two 100 mm VESA holes on it, so I was able to attach my docking station to the mount as well for a very clean look.

PUTORSEN Laptop on Pole Mount with Full Motion Arm- Pros: Easy to Assemble Stable Design Light-Weight Great Price Works Beautifully Cons: N/A I've been searching for a desk I can attach to my wheelchair for years. This one does the trick perfectly. It only took about five minutes to assemble. The clamp fits onto my legrest in less than a minute. It's completely stable when tighted down. I can attach my 14'' HP laptop to the tray and it doesn't move or wobble. I've seen the same style advertised by medical supply stores for hundreds. Comparatively, this one is cheap. When I need it for a long period, I can leave it attached to the chair without it being in the way. I'm so pleased to have found this and I highly recommend it to wheelchair users.
