I have been on the hunt for a steamer to clean my parents home. They have COPD and I try to keep chemicals to a minimum. This is my fourth hand held steamer cleaner I have purchased in my search, and I have to say I am pleasantly pleased! This tank holds a lot of water, which makes the cleaning time so much longer than other brands. In addition, there is NO await time for heating up and cooling down. Flip the switch and within seconds, you are ready to clean. Ran out of water? Turn off the machine, fill back up, and start again, without having to wait for it to cool down and decompress. 4/5 stars mainly due to design flaws. I burned my fingers on the gold tip, as it gets REALLY hot and I gripped it the wrong way while doing grout. Also, the hose gets pretty hot as well. Lastly, the cord to plug it in could have been a smidge longer. If plugged in on my counter, the cord is too short for the container to sit on my floor. I definitely recommend this over any other hand held steamer though. It is not frustrating to clean with, like others I’ve tried.

This works very well for small jobs like counter tops and fixtures, BBQ grills and such. Make sure you use the rubber o rings to get the proper seal.

When I opened the box I was a little disappointed it’s really small but when I filled it and used it to clean my engine on my truck WOW! It put out some amazing steam and lasted over 15 to 20 minutes cleaned up my engine really nice. I would say I’m very impressed good steamer

My first steamer was from big box store. I’ve been hooked on steam cleaning ever since. This little machine packs a mighty punch. It doesn’t lose steam power and my baseboards can’t hide dirt anymore. Makes light work of cleaning what I hate to clean. Blast the doors and baseboards (carefully or it’ll take the paint off) and the dirt just flies away. Then wipe and you’re done! This steamer cleans better than the big box purchase (that has since died). The smaller reservoir doesn’t last as long but you can refill while using. Only gripe is the short power cord and there isn’t a trigger on the handle. You have to turn machine off to stop steam....but it powers right back on. No delay. Instant steam! Love it!

I like this steamer but it has some limitations and drawbacks. It only holds about 20 ounces of water so big jobs can be a bit of a hassle. The grip is cheap plastic and the metal arm is exposed and gets extremely hot. I reccomend using light weight leather gloves. That being said, this thing cleaned up our basement floor when our sewer mainline backed up. It absolutely works. Just be aware of it's size and it's built in limitations.

My old steamer broke and this was my replacement. Not only is the tank bigger but it's easier to fill. The machine is easier to maneuver (between shelves, in tight spaces). It's very powerful and easy to use. Cleans and disinfects like a snap. I'm happy my other steamer broke so I had to get this new one
